About: Available for initial meet up - to ensure a good match. I've had many pets throughout my life. Dogs, cats, lizards, birds, frogs, rabbits, an injured horned owl, raccoons, and fish! I currently share my apartment with one special cat - a rescue cat named Mogwai. I've had both inside and outside dogs. I have trained several of my dogs (small breeds) so I have a fair amount of knowledge. I'm a 36 year old working from home as a retirement financial investment manager during the day. I have a lot of flexibility to be able to also take care of your pet! I think Rover is a great way to meet some cool pups and cats and help people with the many responsibilities of pet ownership. I look forward to meeting you and your pet/pets! Pet care fits easily into my routine since I work from home. I have ample flexibility to care for your fur baby. I’m an active person who like to talk walks and be outside while also loving a good pet cuddle. I ensure it is a good match between me and the animal. Generally speaking, let’s usually like me. I’d give them plenty of attention and love while also ensuring their basic needs like food, water, relief and exercise are met.

About: I have a dog of my own and my sister has a cat. I've taken care of pets for family and friends. Both staying in house and dropping in for feeding and potty breaks. I firmly believe pets are members of the family, a friend and a companion not just an animal. I have very flexible hours. I will be returning to college in the fall but i will continue accepting bookings. Im typically available morning to late at night. For Drop-in visits or house sitting that require early morning care I am able to work it with my schedule with no issue. For drop-in visits I'll check in minimum 3 times daily for feeding, potty breaks, and short playtimes. For house sitting i am happy to stay overnight. In the event I need to leave for any reason, I'm happy to take your fluffy loved one on a car ride with me if acceptable and only if i am not getting out of the car.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets of all personalities and needs. In addition to household pets, I’ve also raised cattle and goats through FFA, which has given me a strong foundation in responsibility, patience, and working with animals that require daily care and attention. School will be ending soon, so I will be even more available and flexible during the summer, which will allow me to take on more pet sitting opportunities and give pets more consistent care and attention. In my client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. I make sure to follow all instructions for feeding, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning, and any medications if needed. I also spend time with the pets to give them attention, playtime, and companionship based on their personality and comfort level. I always make sure to keep their space clean, safe, and respected, and I check in on them consistently so they feel cared for and not alone. My goal is to treat every pet like my own and keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible.

About: I’ve grown up with multiple dogs and there has always been pets in my house. I currently have a cat of my own, my family has a great dane and 2 cats, and some other personal pets i’ve had are guinaea pigs and a hedgehog! I am currently in nursing school so my schedule is very flexible! Right now I only have class once a week and fall semester I will only have a test every other week and then clinicals is my own schedule I have always had big dogs in my house so I can walk any size dog! I love playing with animals so I can stay as long as needed to play with the pets

About: I grew up training and showing dogs! I've also been a trusted volunteer dog walker/foster parent for local humane societies in the past, taking care of dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages! My family frequently fostered litters of puppies as young as 6 weeks. I also have plenty of experience with seniors and the specific health problems that come with that, after loving my cocker spaniels right up to the end. Life doesn't allow me to have a dog of my own at the moment, so I'll jump on any chance for some pupper love! I daylight as a professional wildlife biologist, but I am currently between jobs and so have all the time in the world to give your four-legged companions! My schedule is wide open. Safety is, of course, the highest priority, and reading animal body language is the key to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet and avoiding stressful situations. This is a skill I feel very confident with after so many years of varied pet care. Second to safety is fun! Whether that looks like a brisk walk, a casual stroll, a laser pointer, a game of fetch, or just getting some relaxed quality time in is entirely up to your pet. About: I have absolutely adored animals of all kinds since I was young. I strive for pet sitting and care to be more than a passion but a career path. About: I earned my certificate as a vet tech assistant in 2013 at Eastern New Mexico University (Roswell). I used to dog sit for a family friend for several years. I worked at Veterinary Clinic of Lubbock for 8 years and Live Oak Animal Hospital for 2 and 1/2 years. I've monitored doggy daycare, trimmed nails, given baths, restrained for vaccines in nail trims, etc. I have a cat of my own. I've worked at vet clinics for over 10 years and went to school for pet care. I used to dog sit and I sometimes walk my neighbor's dog for extra money. I just have one cat currently in my home, but I've had years of experience working with animals. I know how animals how to make animals comfortable with me.

About: I have a lot more experience doing check-in visits and house sitting. I have been house sitting and doing check-in visits for an elderly dog when needed for two years. I have only boarded once for two weeks and it was a great experience! The dog I took care of became a part of our little family when she was with us! I do not mind picking up messes, giving medication if needed, and paying special attention to animals that may require extra duties. I love animals so much! I have plenty of time during my days to pet sit or do drop ins. I have a cat and a 3 year old. My animals are never left unsupervised with each other or my child. I can set them up in our large bathroom if that’s what the family wants. However, I prefer them to have free roam of the house when I am home which is a majority of the time. I would take on daily walks around my apartment complex so you will need to provide collar or harness and a leash. I am available most of the day so potty breaks can occur as frequently as every 2 hours.
