About: I have been pet sitting for about 2 years, but it is my favorite side job! I love animals of all kinds and sizes and have been trusted to stay in homes to take care of people’s beloved family members, and their home. I’m currently an elementary school teacher at Wolffarth Elementary in North Lubbock. Depending on what area I am in, I will usually leave with enough time to get to work by 7am. I cannot leave for lunch as I sadly only have 30 minutes, but I am done by 4 every day. This makes it easy to spend the evening with them and I won’t have different hours every day - routine is great for pets! I also share holidays with students so I am pretty available for sitting jobs at those times. While my apartment is a 1 bedroom, it is cozy and great for lower energy dogs. I have plenty of space for them to lay out and they stay in the air conditioning all day. For more active pets, I live right next to a middle school with a paved track for walking, and I am close to a park for dogs who love to run and play fetch!

About: Available for initial meet up - to ensure a good match. I've had many pets throughout my life. Dogs, cats, lizards, birds, frogs, rabbits, an injured horned owl, raccoons, and fish! I currently share my apartment with one special cat - a rescue cat named Mogwai. I've had both inside and outside dogs. I have trained several of my dogs (small breeds) so I have a fair amount of knowledge. I'm a 36 year old working from home as a retirement financial investment manager during the day. I have a lot of flexibility to be able to also take care of your pet! I think Rover is a great way to meet some cool pups and cats and help people with the many responsibilities of pet ownership. I look forward to meeting you and your pet/pets! Pet care fits easily into my routine since I work from home. I have ample flexibility to care for your fur baby. I’m an active person who like to talk walks and be outside while also loving a good pet cuddle. I ensure it is a good match between me and the animal. Generally speaking, let’s usually like me. I’d give them plenty of attention and love while also ensuring their basic needs like food, water, relief and exercise are met.

About: I like going the extra mile to make a relationship with the dogs! I like to give lots of love and attention to the dogs with all the time I can do! I am in school and that is my only obligation! I have all the time in the world to take care of all the cute pups! I care for the pets in the clients home by making sure their water is full and they are fed, toys are within reach, no messes are being made (if so i’ll clean them) and make sure there’s nothing bad for them to get into when no one is there!

About: I love animals, but dogs just have my heart. I have had many pet dogs in my life. One whom was born sick; she had a sever type of mange and i had to give medication daily and bathe frequently. That was never a problem to me. I currently have two fur babies, one that i found on the street that someone had thrown and one that i adopted. My fur baby that was found on the street has a problem with his hips and I try my best to keep him comfortable. ALL animals are beautiful! Hello Fur Parents! Need someone to have a companion the whole time you’re gone ? I got it, i’m always home! I am a full time momma trying to make a little extra cash to help my husband. Before staying home, I was in the Medical Field as a CNA/Phlebotomist but left that behind to stay home with my newborn baby! My husband is off (Fri. - Sun.) so he helps me on weekends which are my busiest. We’re a team! I have a home that has a backyard that is securely fenced and is pretty specious for your babies to burn all that energy out. I also have two of my own fur babies who are the most loving and playful that have what feels like a million toys who are waiting to be shared with.

About: I have grown up with animals since I can remember. I have cared for all sizes and breeds and have raised a few from birth. I also have chickens and have been around livestock. I am very detail oriented and will always ask questions if I am unsure. I also work in home healthcare so I am used to taking care of pets in my patients homes. I love animals and will always treat and care for them as my own. I am starting school so I am flexible. My weekends are pretty free but I will always be available if you trust me to watch your baby! I have a fully fenced yard, plenty of room, and a barn with an ac unit if your baby likes to have their own space. I have two Dalmatians that are both neutered and very friendly. I will always have my eyes on them because I would never want to put your baby in an uncomfortable environment. My dogs are very used to being around others but are trained enough to be able to be separate areas of the house/ yard if needed.

A golden retriever, Shiba Inu, French bulldog and my 3 cats. I’ve read them since they were newborn puppies/kittens, so I’m experienced in caring for all ages, from the tiniest to the largest. I’m also well versed in handling various temperaments. One of my cats as special and requires special care so if your pet needs any medication given I can make sure those needs are met. I’ll ensure your pet gets plenty of exercise and playtime while you’re away. I absolutely love taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood. I am currently a full time student with availability on weekday afternoons and open availability on weekends. I understand every pet owner’s schedule is different, so my goal is to provide flexible and accommodating care to meet your needs. I’m happy to work with your schedule to ensure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. While I’m not currently offering in-home stays at my residence, your pet will be cared for as if they were my own. About: Growing up with dogs—from my childhood Yellow Lab, Chili, to my German Shepherd, Jaylee—instilled in me a lifelong love and deep respect for pets. I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends for years, handling everything from daily walks to overnight care. As a college student, caring for dogs isn't just a side job for me; it’s something I truly enjoy. I take pride in providing a safe, attentive, and fun environment where your pup feels right at home. As a biochemistry major with a double minor in math and biology, I’m used to staying organized and focused. I intentionally manage my workload so I never take on pet care unless I can give your dog the full time and attention they deserve. My busiest day is Thursday during my lab, but because most of my coursework is online, I’m home study-buddy style with your pets during the week. Plus, I keep my Saturdays completely free for fun trips to the park or Starbucks pup cup runs! When caring for your pet in your home, trust and safety are my top priorities. I treat every home with respect and ensure your pet is kept supervised and out of harm’s way by keeping all hazardous items completely out of reach. I also believe that clear communication brings peace of mind, so I send frequent updates and photos throughout the visit to keep you connected with your pet every step of the way!

About: My family worked with the Texas GSP rescue for 15 years, fostering an average of 2-3 dogs a year ever since I was 5 years old. I have also trained and cared for my families dogs every since I was old enough to do so. In my senior year of high school, I interned at a veterinarian clinic and worked at a veterinarian clinic in Lubbock. I am currently taking classes at Texas Tech university and have time between my classes to care for your fur baby. Ill be able too easily include pet care into my daily schedule I am currently not able to board pets in my home so as of right now I will not be able to provide this service
