“As always, Bailey loves coming home, but obviously loves being with Rachel and her other doggie friends. Many thanks for always taking such great care of our little girl!”

About: Walks.Play.Snuggle.Repeat. I've had dogs and cats my whole life and treat them with the love and care I would any family member. My early work experience was in vet clinics and animal rescues. I'm a proud mama to 2 small, well socialized, friendly dogs and 3 cats . All of the animals are great with new dog friends. We would love to give you some peace of mind that your fur baby is well taken care of while you are away. I work from home and the dogs have beds and toys in my office and all over my large house. We are located in Clarksville, just off the I 65 Eastern Blvd exit. I live on a double lot with a huge, fully fenced yard. Small dogs have doggie door access to come in and out as they please. Bigger dogs will be regularly let out for supervised play and potty breaks in the yard. All have a lovely sunroom to sit and watch the birds and squirrels that frequent my feeders. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and cats dietary needs, medication administration. Looking forward to being your dog's home away from home! I work from home on a flexible schedule so I am able to check on and interact with the dogs frequently. They will be supervised during outside play. “Carol was great! Can't thank her enough. Knew my pup was in good hands after receiving pictures everyday with my dog having a big smile on her face! Definitely recommend and will be reaching out again for any future sitting!”

“Sarah helped with my dog Max for the first time this last week, when I was on an extended vacation. She is wonderful, and did a fantastic job caring for my pupper. Highly recommend”

“Bill was amazing watching our hound, who can be anxious. He had great communication and sent plenty of pics throughout her stay. She seemed very relaxed when we picked her up! Will be using his services again.”

“Nissa took such wonderful care of our dogs! They had so much fun and I loved all the thoughtful updates while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing they were in great hands!”

“Ami was the best! She was so loving to our dog Scruffy. She sent updates and pictures daily. Scruffy was well cared for and I’m sure sad to leave her. Highly recommend Ami and would definitely have her watch him again.”

“Sharon is absolutely amazing! My boy is a very anxious boy and has severe separation anxiety. Sharon had him so comfortable and settled almost immediately. I am so grateful to her for the care and love she gave Salem while I was out of the country for two weeks. Sharon provided me multiple daily updates complete with adorable videos of Salem. Her dog, Wes, was the perfect buddy for Salem too! Her fenced-in yard is fantastic for doggies to sniff and play in. I was so nervous to leave my boy for so long, but having Sharon as his sitter truly made all my worries disappear. She was also incredibly flexible and understanding when I had a flight delay. I cannot recommend Sharon (and Wesley!) enough!!”
“Jazmin was amazing with Elli. She has a great setup for dogs and Elli came home tail wagging! Jazmin was super responsive and sent photos & videos throughout the stay. She hosts a lot of dogs, so it’s a dog play party at her house! Would definitely book with Jazmin again.”

“we were gone for three days to a family reunion. My lab Zion had never stayed with anyone other than my niece. I was really worried about using Rover, however, Mariah was absolutely excellent! She took great care of Zion and gave me regular updates! I will use Rover again!!”

“Lori was great! She took very good care of our sweet boy Milo while we on vacation, as well as kept us updated with daily adventures and photos to show us that he was doing well in her care! We were a bit nervous as first being our first time leaving him with a dog sitter, but there is no doubt in our minds that when we need to go out of town again we can have Lori watch him and know he will be in the best hands! Would highly recommend anyone to use her for any dog sitting needs!”

“This was only Sirius' second time with a non-family sitter in his two years, so we were a little concerned about separation anxiety. He did have some issues the first night, and Alexis and Daniel consulted with us and we were able to decide with them how to proceed. Luckily Sirius seemed to become more comfortable the second day. We are planning a longer trip and have no reluctance about leaving Sirius with Alexis and Daniel again.”

“The best Rover experience! You can tell Emily loves animals so much and cares for them like her own. Thank you Emily for taking care of my two babies, they had a blast! Emily sent updates and photos/videos during their stay and it was so nice. I truly felt so worry-free and relaxed knowing they were so loved.”

“Cassidy is the best! Not only did she make our pub feel at home and gave us daily updates with pictures, she replied to all messages instantly. We could not be more happy having found her on Rover! Thank you so much!”

“Melissa and Andrew were great sitters and sent several updates with photos during my dog’s stay. They were very friendly and accommodating to my dog and he seemed to really enjoy his time with them!”
“My dogs spent 3 days with Crystal, they were safe and healthy and well cared for! She provided regular updates and worked with me when my flight was delayed so I had to pick up later than expected. Will definitely use her again.”

Elizabeth and Phillip were so kind, and allowed us to go out of town assured our Iris girl was happy and safe. They sent updates, which I very much looked forward to. We ended up letting them know we would come a day early in the afternoon, but our return home was delayed until near midnight that night. Elizabeth and Phillip were very lenient with us, and were okay with us coming to get Iris that late. I’m very thankful for the love and care they gave Iris :)

Ami was one of the best sitters we’ve had! She kept me updated throughout the stay and sent so many photos of the adventures they had. My two dachshunds had the best day with her and were ready to nap when we picked them up. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about pups. I hope to use her again in the future 😊

Destiny treated my 2 dogs like her own - my nervous 12 year old ate every meal, got his medications, and had a great time. Besides just walking them, they got to go to our dog park. Her photo updates were prefect - I knew they were happy so I could enjoy my vacation.

Anthony was great! Communicarion was good. He agreed to do a meet and greet before we decided. He was affecionate and engaged with Raven as soon as they met. Raven LOVES meeting new people, so this was great for her. She was with him from Thursday morning until Saturday afternoon. He sent pics starting soon after dropoff. He answered our questions about how she was doing quickly. We had recently had a Rover visit aith a different sitter where she either had a bad intestinal bug or a severe anxiety reaction. Nothing like that here. She was thrilled to see me when we got back, but is her normal self, not needing to recuperate! Will look forward to using Anthony again.

Leah was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive and had such a calm, welcoming demeanor. Her home was very clean and well cared for, and it was clear how much thought and intention she puts into creating a safe, comfortable environment. You can really see how much she cares for the pets in her care. We would absolutely recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KY ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
