Took very good care of my babies while staying at his place. Was very resourceful and patient when my Pickles decided to play the hiding game and then started getting agressive. I appreciate Roy for watching and keeping my babies safe during the day.

Ryo did a great job for our 10 night house/cat-sit. Great communication, sent plenty of pictures, and I know that our three shy cats were definitely building that comfort and familiarity you all hope for in a house or pet sitter. Only feedback is the water bowls needed one last top-up, but not the end of the world. Overall Ryo was super respectful of our space, and left everything in its place. I work from home so I am flexible in that regard. I can take my work around any space if needed and work around your schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I clean up after pets thoroughly as well as provide them with lots of potty breaks and exercise. I never have them meet new dogs for their safety.
A typical day
We would go to parks because of the open safe space as well as new places for them to sniff. I won't introduce them to any new people or dogs unless otherwise specified for safety purposes.
