Making sure you return to exercised, well behaved, and happy pets is the always the priority. During inclement weather, I provide safe outdoor potty breaks, with indoor play like puzzles and scavenger hunts. Ensuring they're still getting to work out their energy and your money is well spent. My home has a large, fenced in backyard for all the desired romps and squirrel chasing. I live in a beautiful, easily walkable neighborhood; which is great for multiple daily adventures, stopping to smell all the smells and learn safe social skills. About: I’ve taken care of animals my entire life! I have 2 cats of my own—both rescues! I love them with everything in me! I worked in animal hospitals as a vet tech for over 4 years as well as volunteering at Second Chances Wildlife Center. I’m very skilled at injections, administering medication, nail trims, giving fluids, whatever you need. I have exotic experience as well. I’ve worked with Avians, reptiles, rodents, all the above 💖 I currently work from home as a content creator designing clothes and editing videos for social media so I can work anywhere. I stay home with my pets all day everyday unless I’m at my part time gardening job :) Animals are always 100% my top priority. I strive to make sure they are always happy and healthy! I don’t want to disrupt their routine in any way. I want the pets I watch to be comfortable and stress free!

“Absolutely some of the best caretaking Charlie has had! Lori was great with Charlie. We met beforehand with her sweet pup to make sure the dogs would get along, and I really appreciated her thoroughness and quick communication. During his stay, Charlie got to run around and play with other dogs at her home and her family’s farm, but also had time to rest and relax. He was such a happy boy when we picked him up and slept the whole way home! 10/10 would recommend Lori!!”

About: I’ve always had an especially loving touch with animals, I’ve got 3 cute cats at home that I help care for and I’ve been professionally cat and dog sitting/walking for a while! Being an avid animal lover, I’ve worked with the Humane Society as a volunteer when I was younger and that’s given me foundational experience caring for all kinds of furry friends, mainly dogs and cats. Any pet of yours will be loved on, cuddled and cared for with me looking after them! In addition to my pet care, my main profession is as a freelance artist so I’m working from home or from coffee shops most days of the week, I’m available any weekday or weekend! *PLEASE NOTE* •Meet and greet fee: $30 (up to 1hr) •House sits 30+ mins out: +$5/day (For reference, I am based downtown Louisville) (Both rates accommodate time and gas rates) •Let me know if meet/greet fee is an issue, I can accommodate The safety and comfort of your fur baby is my number one priority, I will make sure to follow all special instructions you have regarding caretaking, feeding, and interactions with other pets!

With my flexible schedule you can rely on me to be there even in the tight times. Your fur baby will get plenty of love in my home between me and my friendly cat, Ambrose. I will usually let them roam free around the apartment and on my furniture unless otherwise noted. Basically, you tell me what it is you need from me at my home or yours and I will make it happen.
