Lucy was great, my dog immediately liked her and was comfortable enough to go on walks with her despite separation anxiety. Lucy is easy to communicate with and a quick responder to messages, I was able to let her know the evening before one of the walks that my dog would need a medication the next day.

We have three dogs, each with very different personalities and needs, and Trinity took the time to get to know each of them individually.
