About: I have been dog sitting since I was 14, and I absolutely love it! I have experience taking care of dogs of all ages and sizes- though I am biased to senior pups (I love their powdered sugar faces!) I have experience caring for dogs with health conditions and mobility challenges too. I love animals and I always go above and beyond in my care of pets. I am currently working full time, though my job is flexible and I am often able to work remotely. I can check on pets in the morning, midday, evening, and before bed. When caring for pets in a clients home, I believe that I am also caring for your home! I make sure to keep the home clean and tidy while caring for your pet. When caring for pets in a clients home, I make sure to follow any house rules (even if it pains me not to let pups on the sofa) and make sure to adhere to your pets routine. I lead an active life and am able to walk large and energetic dogs with confidence. I have several consistent clients, some of whom I've sat for for almost a decade. I also have experience with senior and special needs animals and am comfortable providing specialized care, such as medication or mobility assistance. I have experience with behavior challenges and am comfortable navigating these circumstances. If you have exotic pets, I also provide care for these special animals. I keep dart frogs, mourning geckos, and a ball python and I volunteer with a local exotic pet rescue. I'm passionate about creating healthy meal plans for pets. If you're interested in changing or improving your pets diet, ask me about creating a custom plan for your pet. We'll work together to decide what food is best for your budget and your pet's health. I'm a student so I'm able to fit your pet's needs into my schedule, weekends or weekdays. With the summer heat, I prefer to do walks before noon, for your pets safety. I will provide pet sitting within your home. I house sit for several consistent clients who trust me to maintain their homes and treat them with respect. I clean up after myself and am happy to do additional tasks like putting out trash bins or collecting mail. I'll also take great care of your plants!

About: I have previously worked at a dog kennel in Idaho before moving to Colorado. I know how to do oral medications for cats and dogs. I studied veterinary science during my senior year of high school and received certifications in animal handling and husbandry. I have an extreme passion for animals of all shapes and sizes and always put their needs first. I am a college student with a relatively open schedule. The schedule listed is not my entire availability and I would love to talk about other openings in my schedule for care. I follow the owners directions very thoroughly and always make sure I do as they ask. I keep the animals company and give them the attention they deserve. I know how to crate a dog if needed and I will always do my best to respect the animals needs and the owners wishes.

About: I’m a pre-vet student at Colorado State University, and I have worked with and had pets for my whole life. I volunteer regularly at Animal Friends Alliance and The Milo Foundation, taking care of cats and dogs of all sizes and ages, from puppies to seniors. I also volunteer around the clinic at Marin Humane Society, prepping and taking care of recovering animals after procedures. I have pet sit for friends and family for the past 6 years, walking, feeding, and playing with their animals. Around my house I am the dedicated person to administer any medications and teach new tricks! I am a very flexible person! I am a full time student at the moment, with classes in the mornings and early afternoons on all weekdays during the semester. But I am dedicated to animal care and love to spend time with pets. I also volunteer regularly throughout the week, but those shifts are moveable. As a pre-vet student I take animal safety seriously, always being gentle and making sure to notice any signs of fatigue or weakness. I make sure to stay in the proper areas while petting unless the animal is comfortable with me going further. I clean all messes that the pets make, whether it’s fecal matter, vomit, or anything else. On walks, I am careful around other dogs even if the pet I’m walking is kind, you never know the reactivity of other dogs on the street. I’m always sure to make the pets feel cared for, happy, and loved!

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, they truly are the joy in the world for me. I have naturally connected with animals from a young age, and that bond shows in how I care for them. I am especially calm and patient with anxious or shy pets, and I take the time to understand their needs and make them feel safe. Caring for animals doesn’t feel like work to me. I’m available on weekdays and enjoy making sure pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, trust, and keeping their routine to minimize stress. I follow all instructions, from feeding and meds to playtime and house rules. I treat every home with care and respect. I also provide regular updates with photos, so pet parents feel connected and confident their pet is safe and well-loved.

About: I spent my first year in animal care working at a boarding facility for high risk dogs; dogs who couldn’t be kenneled with other dogs, dogs with bite histories, etc, so I have plenty of experience working with nervous dogs or dogs that need a bit of extra warm up time. After that job unfortunately closed, I worked at another boarding facility where I interacted with 80+ dogs a day on average, and loved every minute of it. I’m hoping to move into more unique, one-on-one care with the dogs I get to meet through this. I’m between jobs currently, so I have full availability throughout the day (every day or the week!) to take care of your furball(s). I have a lot of experience with dogs that need extra warm up time or can come off at first as “aggressive” or “hard to handle”—in fact, these are some of my very favorite dogs to work with! I am perfectly comfortable with dogs of all comfort types and want to tailor care to each dog’s specific needs.

I am available most of the time which allows me to watch or spend time with your beloved pets whether it’s morning, afternoon or night! I am able to stop in for short half-hour visits to care for your furry(or not so furry) friends!
