I just graduated from NAU and will be in Flagstaff until late July. My schedule is open as I am taking the summer to study for the GRE for Physical Therapy school. I am able to give more than one walk a day, check in and stay with your pets for hours at a time. I would only leave the house maximum of two hours at a time to run, work out, study or run errands!

I want to make sure they have all the love and attention when I am pet sitting for you. When I am pet sitting, I will make sure to spend as much time as I have. Pet sitting is more than feeding and taking them outside, I want them to feel comfortable and loved. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I’d give my own. I prioritize a calm, clean, and secure environment where your pet feels safe and loved. I am good at understanding a pet’s behavior, and easing a pet’s anxiety with new people by doing their favorite activities whether it is going on a walk, playing outside with toys or love/attention. In your home, I always follow your instructions closely from feeding schedules to walk routines and any special needs. I make sure doors are secure, avoid unsafe areas on walks, and give regular updates so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.

I would love to spend time with your dog(s) while you’re away. Going for walks around the neighborhood with plenty of water for the summer heat. If they love dog parks, I am happy to take them there! If there are any toys your pets love, I will happily entertain them for as long as they want. I can take your pets on multiple long walks and hikes!

I’ve grown up with pets my whole life, both dogs and cats. I have experience with everything from energetic puppies and kittens to senior dogs. I love walking dogs and playing with them outside, and I’m always happy to give them extra attention and exercise. My dog is with my family back in Tucson but I would always take her on trails and hikes, and am happy to that for your pets too! I treat every pet like they’re part of the family and always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved.

Madeline was a great pet sitter, she kept me informed and sent a ton of updates. It looked like my dog and cat had a good time with her.
