About: I have hands-on experience caring for my two cats, Paedyn and Ella, who have taught me that every pet has their own unique personality and needs! Paedyn is my energetic, talkative 2-year-old, while Ella is my 1-year-old calico and a total cuddle bug. I also grew up around dogs, including a Shih Tzu and a Yorkiepoo, and my dad currently has a Pit Bull who is the sweetest girl. I had to make last minute plans for Sugar and Lisa worked with me and my uncertain schedule. She sent pics of Sugar each time she visited that showed what a good time he was having. Lisa was able to take Sugar on nice long walks which he really loved. I would not hesitate to request her again. I have found the Rover app not to be that user friendly - maybe they are still working out the bugs. There are differences between the app and the online account interface. It is not as easy to navigate as it should be. This problem with the app/website is no reflection of the professional and loving service provided by Lisa.”

Jordan was amazing! We booked her on very short notice the same day we left for the weekend, and she was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She took wonderful care of our dog, Bella, and sent a detailed care card with updates and pictures after every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. During one of her visits it was raining and Bella doesn’t like the rain, so couldn’t get her evening walk. Rather than just leaving it at that, Jordan came back later to try again so Bella could get her walk. That extra effort really meant a lot to us. Even though we only booked care for Bella, Jordan also took the time to play with our cat during her visits, which was such a thoughtful bonus and truly appreciated. Jordan was reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially on such short notice. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!
Lisa spoiled the puppies! The animals had a great week staying home with Lisa's visits. The dogs especially enjoyed the walks and the play time. The daily photos of the dogs and occasional snapshots of the illusive cats were great to have while I was on holiday. We will not hesitate to call Lisa again for our next trip.
