About: I’m very comfortable around dogs and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I have my own well-trained and socialized dog, and I’ve also worked with dog trainers, so I have experience with basic training, reinforcing commands, leash manners, and encouraging good behavior. I’m patient, attentive, responsible, and I always follow each owner’s instructions and their dog’s usual routine. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I’m available on weekdays and weekends and can adjust my availability depending on your pet’s routine and needs. Safety and comfort are always my priority. About: I grow up with pets, almost all my life, and I did the same with my kids, have pets since the were young. So now they are grown and gone, so I would like to do something I enjoy. I’m not working at the moment and I would like to work from home and this opportunity it’s just perfect for me being at home and spend time with animals. When I had my last dog, I take her out every hour to make sure she can use the bathroom. I’m moving this month to a house with 2 acres aren’t fence yet, so it’s plenty of space.

I’ll treat your pets like family and keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away! As a part-time employee, I enjoy the flexibility of my schedule and do not have to work long shifts. While I do have some responsibility in singing at my church, this is not a weekly occurrence. I’m committed to taking great care of the pets in the clients’ homes, making sure they have a private and friendly environment. I can’t say enough amazing things about Jacob! I lucked out, as he was the first sitter I contacted. He took such great care of my Archie boy. He made sure he knew all of Archie’s needs in advance, and I felt such peace knowing Archie was in such good hands. I recommend Jacob ♾️/10!
Kassidy was very attentive and very good with communications. She checked in with me every time before, during and after the visit. She also provided lots of pictures and videos while we were away. I felt very comfortable and confident with her care for my cats. I will def be contacting her again next time we are out of town!
Faith took great care of our fur babies. We got stuck for a longer duration out of town due to weather and had to extend care and she was so flexible and caring! She even stopped by to turn the heat up when the trmps dropped! We will definitely ask her to watch them again! Highly recommend!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
