And now with my kids in school and moving out, I’m available to help you care for your furry loved ones. Available M-F 11:00am - 2:30pm then 4:30pm - 6:30pm. About: Hey! My name is Melody, I am an emergency room nurse who’s looking to share my love for animals on my days off! I’ve always been around animals all my life, raised multiple puppies, along with growing up on a farm in Idaho, that housed; horses, dogs, and multiple other animals! My love for fur babies has been something that has gotten me through some rough days! I have experience with young puppies, elderly dogs, and pups, along with cats! I typically am off for 5-8 days at a time and most weekends! I have a golden doodle named Arya who is about 1 year old, a cat named LuLu, and my boyfriend has a Doberman that’s just about to turn 1 as well! Arya is amazing with other animals, so if interested play dates at the dog park are welcomed! I would love to care for your fur babies! I’m usually off 5-8 days at a time and almost every single weekend besides 1 Saturday a month! I am open to early mornings, evenings and late night drop in visits! I work 3pm-3am so if need be I can drop in before work to walk or check on the pup! Unfortunately I live an a apartment complex so no overnight stays or drop ins at my residence is permitted however my pup plays very well with other dogs, I like to say she would “make friends with a rock if she could”. So if my client was open to it, at home play dates would we fine! There also is lovely dog parks in the area if your baby feels safe playing with others that we could discuss! It’s all up to your comfortability! I am a very active person, so if long walks or runs with your fur baby are something you’re interested in, we can definitely talk about that! Your fur babies will be loved, cared for and most importantly kept safe in my care. I like to say I care for my fur babies like I care for my ER patients, safely, compassionately and professionally!

About: Hello! I have been a pet owner from a very young age. My dad gave me that responsibility early in life and I have loved it since. Ever since I was 5 years old, I have taken care of a range of pitbulls, labs, hounds, Danes, and a few smaller dog breads. Whether they were my own or I was watching a families or friends pet, they always felt like my own. If I could spend all day with animals, I couldn’t think of a better day. I currently have a semi reactive rescue 4.5 year old hound/pitbull mix and 2 year old Great Dane/Mastiff. I love dogs and I’m hoping to adopt another soon! Anyways, I eventually hoping to create this into a thing I can do all the time and give some great care to some amazing pets and make some owners feel happy and satisfied in the end! Currently, I am a couple years out of college for my business degree. I have been working for myself for the past year with my rental business with my father and other freelance work along the way. Most of the business I run is hands off and can be scheduled around due to multiple people being involved. Besides that, a lot of my other work that I do like deliveries, are on my schedule and I would love to prioritize being with pets over other things! I am available largely any day of the week, whether it be a one time thing or a regular schedule, I can be made available! Between my semi-reactive/anxious rescue hound/pitbull mix and my Great Dane/Masstive mix, training and care are somewhat different. With my rescue, the care has to be very specific to the situation. For example, if the weather is stormy, she is very nervous and needs a lot of reassurance before going outside or being able to relax in the room. On the other hand, my Dane is the complete opposite and could care less about anything and is a bit more simple. He is young and 140 pounds so he has a lot of play in him and some attitude so he can be a bit more of a handful but at this point he has been trained very well and listens when he is in his “serious” mode. Overall, small or large, I’ve handle it all inside and outside!
