I needed someone to bridge the gap between Journey being dropped off by her transporter and my trainer's daughter being available to receive her, and Jen stepped in without hesitation. “Jean is absolutely fabulous and goes above and beyond for your pets. She was in contact with us daily, at a minimum, and sent photos and updates letting us know how our pups were doing. One of our dogs is “special” and usually gets gastritis after boarding due to her high anxiety. For the first time, she is a happy, healthy pup after vacation! No gastritis at all! They actually didn’t seem to be in a hurry to come home! Due to the extraordinary care she gave, we didn’t worry about our pups as much as we normally do while away. “Tucker had a great time at Patricia's. She has a great indoor/outdoor setup for the dogs so that they can play and also come in to beat the heat. She also sent several videos to show me what he was up to. The easiest part is someone is always home so it was very uncomplicated to arrange pick up or drop off. Tucker was pretty worn out and happy when we picked him up!”
