I am an animal lover to my core and admittedly believe that animals are better than people! I have spent my entire life around animals, from dogs to cats, to bunnies to rats. My main experience is with dogs, sizes ranging from tiny to massive, and ages ranging from pups to elders. As a kid I would look after my friend's and neighbor's pets while they were away. Now, along with caring for my own pets, I have watched others' pets overnight in their homes, performed drop-in visits and walks, and provided care in my home. I previously lived with a dog breeder, so I have some background in tending to pregnant and postpartum dogs, as well as caring for multiple litters of newborn puppies. Although I'm not a formal trainer, I can't even begin to count the number of pups I've house-trained. I am knowledgeable of typical training strategies and commands, as well as common dog allergens and toxins. I have experience with senior dogs, and am also (sadly) familiar with caring for dogs suffering with various ailments (i.e. anxiety, arthritis, degenerative myelopathy, and cancer), and I understand the extra love, attention, and patience they require. I will always make sure to read your pet's body language and do whatever I can to make them as comfortable and happy with my care as possible!

Safety, trust & environment
I'm flexible and can adjust my care style depending on yours and your pets needs. I generally prefer to care for pets in their own homes, but I may make exceptions for laid-back, well-trained dogs. I'm an energetic person and can offer a nice long walk and some playtime if your pup needs to burn off some energy. If your dog is a puller or is very large/strong, I may ask to use a gentle-leader, both for their safety and my own. I can safely walk 2-3 dogs at once, depending on size and pull-factor. I've never walked a cat before, but I'm willing to give it a go! If your pet is low-energy, no worries! I'll give brushes or pets to keep them company instead. Other than standard feeding and watering, I have no problem adhering to special meal instructions, and I can administer medication if needed. Additionally, I feel very strongly about keeping a safe and sanitary environment, so if your pet gets sick or has an accident, I'll make sure to get it cleaned up asap.

Chelsea did an amazing job!
Chelsea was great. Took great care of Luna while we were out of town. We were able to rest easy knowing she was in good hands. Updated us with photos and visit daily. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I'm currently cleaning houses a couple days a week, but my main job is Rover. I keep my schedule very flexible: Monday : 7 am - 11 am Tuesday - Sunday : 7am - 9pm
