“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to express my gratitude to Giovani for taking care of our fur babies, Sky and Sunny, on such short notice! We brought them to his place, and they settled in beautifully. Giovani was welcoming and attentive, ensuring they felt at home. It was great to see them playing and enjoying their time there. I knew they were in safe hands, which eased my mind while I was away. Highly recommend Giovani for pet-sitting—he truly cares about the animals! Thank you again!”

“Daniel took care of Oli as if she were his own. She's really happy with him and she's always looking forward to another dog day care with him. Oli gets really excited when she sees him and goes directly to him, which is a good sign. I really appreciate what he's doing while I'm at work. He also sends me pictures and videos of her during the day, which is always appreciated. Totally recommend!”

“Don and his family took great care of our dog Zoe for the day. She's an older, blind bichon but they took care of all her needs and administered her eye drops without any problems. They kept me updated and sent pictures throughout the day. I'll definitely leave Zoe with him again. Thanks for the great care!”

“Max loves his visits with Jessica.”

“Anubis attended Daycare with Miriam for 4 days. She treated him very well and he was always excited to see her. He had the opportunity to play with other dogs and sunbathe. She is a great dog sitter and I highly recommend.”

“Paulina and Stephanie were wonderful and so flexible and accommodating for my first time having to leave my 9-month-old, high energy lab mix, Joan, and on a short notice. I needed somewhere my pup could feel safe (and where I wouldn't worry) for a day I had to be out of town, with individuals who would understand her need for activity and still-in-progress social skills and puppy vibes! :) Their home was clean and cute, with a nice fenced in back yard. Paulina took Joan for several walks and she got to play all day with the other pups and cats in the home. I received many photo updates throughout the day and never worried about her once! Paulina was so nice , and Joan seemed to have had the best time. Highly recommend!”

“I knew I left Mason in excellent care!! Tahrena and family greeted us with such warmth I know Mason felt welcomed. Thank you so much Tahrena and family, I know Mason had an awesome day.”

About: I'm new to Rover, but not new to pets and dogs. I've had dogs around me since my early childhood years. I have helped out my friends on looking after their dogs while they are away. I have been a stay-at-home dad (and still is ) for a wee bit, but now that kids are a bit older and I have more time on my hands, I'm opening our doors for your pooch. I am flexible and reliable. We have a 12 year old sweet yellow labrador. Our family is excited to meet you and your dog, and be a part time member of our home. We have warm hearts for cold noses. I am always at home, so your pet is never alone. Just let me know what your pet's schedule is, and I will make sure to the best of my abilities to accommodate it. While I don't have a fenced yard, I will walk your dogs while on the leash. I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood with paved walkways and trails.

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience, problem-solving mindset, and genuine love for animals of all kinds. I worked for three years at Carter’s Canine Condos and Rescues, a boarding facility where I cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I also volunteer at local dog shelters to support adoptions and currently work with All of God’s Animals Ranch and Rescues. I’ve worked with puppies, energetic four-year-olds, and senior dogs with mobility issues. I always take extra care to meet each dog’s specific needs—being gentle with seniors and cautious with curious or excitable pups. I’ve cared for Labradors, Rottweilers, Pitbulls, Shih Tzus, Maltese, Yorkies, Australian Shepherds, Schnauzers, Beagles, hounds, and lots of lovable mixed breeds. I understand that not all dogs are the same. Some are picky eaters, some aren’t food-motivated, and others have very specific routines. I’ve given medication, prepared wet or homemade meals, and learned to calmly retrieve dogs who’ve slipped out, all by reading their behavior and acting with patience and care. On a personal note, I also own a Shih Tzu—he’s basically my son! I’ve been training him myself and he already knows sit, touch, and focus. I love building trust with animals and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I’m reliable, creative, and deeply committed to treating every pet like family. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because it’s something I already do with love and dedication. I have my own Shih Tzu—my little son—so I’m used to structuring my day around walks, feeding, playtime, and attention. I also help care for my sister’s cat and have years of hands-on experience from working in a boarding facility and volunteering at rescues. I’m flexible and adaptable—I work around the pet’s schedule, not the other way around. Whether it’s early mornings, specific medication times, or extra attention for a senior or anxious pet, I always put their needs first. When I make a commitment, I take it seriously. If I promise to care for someone’s pet—even a neighbor’s—I’ll go above and beyond to meet expectations and ensure the animal feels safe, happy, and loved. Responsibility and reliability are very important to me, and I always show up for the pets and people who are counting on me. Right now, I’m focusing on house sitting, and whether I’m in my own home or a client’s, I treat the space with care, cleanliness, and respect. Before any visit, I ask where cleaning supplies are kept and make sure I understand the client’s expectations. During the stay, I always put things back where I found them, stay organized, and leave the home clean and tidy—fur swept up, floors mopped if needed, and everything in its place. Communication is very important to me. I make sure to keep the owner informed, whether it’s letting them know about an accident, how their pet is doing, or if anything unexpected comes up. I want them to feel comfortable knowing exactly what’s going on in their home, even while they’re away. I believe in treating every animal with the same respect I’d give a person. Every pet is unique, so I ask in advance about favorite toys, treats, routines, or any specific concerns. I’m flexible, adaptable, and always do my best to meet their needs while giving them the love and attention they deserve.

About: Hi, my name is Jessica. I have been extremely passionate about animals and nature ever since I was younger and grew up with multiple types of pets! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Natural sciences and I even have previous work experience at my local dog boarding facility, veterinarian clinic, and aquarium! My boyfriend and I own a townhouse with a big yard where we can walk 5 minutes to the neighborhood dog park. I constantly look forward to caring for our family and friends pets when they are out of town and I can’t wait to welcome your pet into our home as well! I have always wanted to use Rover and believe now is the best time to start! Right now I have a flexible work schedule so I will be able to dedicate my time to care for your pet including providing multiple walks, cuddles and play time! I am comfortable trimming nails, giving baths and even administering medications such as pills and eye drops! I will adapt to your pet whether they are super active or more laid back, I can offer multiple walks a day or cuddles on the couch. We do not have any pets currently so of course your pet will be the center of attention!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and can not imagine my life without them! My dogs bring so much happiness and meaning to my life, and I would not know what to do without them! My daughter and I just moved to the Land O Lakes area and I am not going to work, so I have plenty of time to care for your dogs and cats! I am not offering to board any pets at my home, as I have 2 dogs, and my yard is not fenced. I also live on a lake, so it would not be ideal.

“Patricia was very kind, professional and caring. Sonu and I fell in love with her right away. She took a great care of my dog and gave him extra TLC to help relieve his anxiety. I look forward to working with her again. Thank you again for all your help, Patricia.”

“I cant say enough about Lexa. My Bella was treated like a queen, and loved her stay. I would highly recommend Lexa to anyone as her love for animals shows. You surely can leave your pup with peace of mind, shes truly the best.”

About: Hello! My name is Sora. I watched friends and neighbor’s dogs for years. I finally got my furbaby, Waldo, in 2018. It was the best decision I’ve made! I love dogs, any breed, and size. Unfortunately, I can no longer watch dogs >30 lb or a puppy. I am work from home full time with a very flexible schedule. There is a dog park nearby and I can take the dog out for walks multiple times a day. We also have a fenced backyard where the dogs can run freely. I have a furbaby at home, born in Nov 2019, shih zhu and Bichon frise mix, weighting about 20 pounds. He’s very friendly and gentle. Also have a very active toddler boy who likes to run around. He loves pets but can be rough at times. I allow pets on furniture and bed.

“Sora has been my dog sitter for the last five years or so - and she's great! She has literally come over at 9pm when I had an emergency and watched my pup for couple of days. She is so reliable, with many updates and so trustworthy. She sends regular updates, including pictures and videos. I had an incident where my pup swallowed something in the street and she had to take him to the vet - and it was seamless. She found a vet nearby who was able to take my precious pup and gave me all the details timely, as they were happening. I really couldn't be happier with Sora as my dog sitter, and hope she never moves!”
