About: I have always loved dogs. I grew up with a black lab (age 5-18), and when I was in high school I frequently watched dogs and cats in a pet sitting capacity. Pet sitting for neighbors and friends was my first job, and as soon as I got my drivers license, I expanded my pet sitting clientele. As an adult, my husband and I had a rescue dog (Pitt/lab mix) who was our fur baby. When we adopted her, she had separation anxiety and resource guarding issues. We worked with a trainer to help her overcome those issues, and were grateful for the wonderful years we enjoyed with her. Unfortunately, she died in early 2025. While we are not in a position to have our own dog right now, we would love to continue to snuggle and support local dogs through pet sitting. We do have a toddler at home. She loves dogs and we would never leave her unattended with any animal. While we will be careful to ensure any dogs in our care are set up for success by being separated from our toddler with baby gates, etc., we are only able to host dogs who are comfortable around small children. I am a middle school teacher, so I have full-time availability during school breaks and the summer. I am also available to drop in before and/or after my work, depending on the location. My husband, Cristopher, works from home and loves having a dog as his co-worker to be let out on demand. As dog owners, we never left our own dog home alone for more than 4-5 hours, and we will only accept a boarding booking if our schedule allows the same time commitment to your dog. We treat all dogs like they are our own. As a former pet parent, I know that I can never replace you, but I will do everything I can to make sure your dog feels comfortable and safe in my care. We have a fenced yard with no animals in our home (except for the occasional wild bunny). Our yard has plenty of space for dogs to run around and play.
About: Since I was 17 years old I have loved taking care of pets. I have a majority of experience in dog sitting but I have cat sat for family friends over the last couple of years. Whether it has been family, friends, or even roommates, I have dog-sat for long and short periods for a wide variety of dogs and dog personalities. I have done my time doing the typical neighbor dog walk in my hometown, but as I have gotten older and lived in other parts of Oregon I've had more diverse experiences. One terrier who I have the most pet-sitting experience disliked touching and getting pets, but I still gave him plenty of walks, play, and quality time. About: Ever since the age of 5, my family has always had pets around us. From rabbits to cats, to dogs, and even Beta or Goldfish. After I moved to the Pacific Northwest at 21, I adopted a stray cat. Unfortunately a year into taking care of him, he passed away due to uncurable health issues. After I mourned and missed him, I went on to adopt and raise a 2 month old female gray kitten, who is now 11 years old. I also have a Blue Heeler/Cocker spaniel mix who I adopted from the pound 6 years ago. He was middle aged when I adopted him so I really got to learn how to manage an older dog by taking care of specific needs and having regular vet check ups. Two years ago, I adopted two teenage gray sister cats, who are now almost 3. My fur babies are a tight nit family who gets along with one another, and I am proud to watch them grow and flourish in the lifestyle I have made for them. As for experience, aside from taking care of the family pets growing up and being a long time pet owner, I worked at Red Rover dog sitting company back in 2017 for about a year, going to peoples' homes for either a 20 minute dog walk, hour long dog park adventure, or overnights for dogs if owner was going to be out of town and needing something more long term. Due to how busy I was at the time, working a full time set scheduled job, I was unable to make spare time. In the last few months, I have no other obligations with needing to work full time, and am ready to take care of other peoples' animals. Victoria has been a great sitter and I would love to use her again in the future. She provided several updates throughout the stay, and was very attentive. One of our pets experienced a medical emergency and she was able to take them to the ER vet and get them the care needed. I’m not sure what we would have done without her!
This is the second time I’ve used Marks services and he did another amazing job caring for our 13 year old cat. Our cat is generally shy and timid but Mark was able to get him out of his shell and took care of his every need while we’re out of town. He made sure to play with him, let him outside and fed him on his regular schedule. Mark is an excellent pet sitter that I would recommend to anyone.

Martha was fantastic! She house sat for our dog Georgie and our 3 kitties. Our 13 year old kitty needs a number of medications and special diet instructions and Georgie also needs medications, and Martha handled everything with ease. She took Georgie on daily walks and played with her in our yard when it wasn't raining. She sent daily updates and pictures, and was very communicative. There were a few small things for the house we asked her to do (like roll our garbage bins) which we were very grateful she did. She left our house just the way we left it, and you would have never known someone was staying with us. Our pets were so at ease when we got home because she spent so much time with them during our trip. We highly recommend Martha!
