“Shell is Amazing! She stayed with our very anxious 1 year old golden retriever for a couple of days. Our vet had strongly advised us to not leave her at a boarding kennel because she is terrified of other dogs. Shell did an excellent job from start to finish. She visited us at our home to meet us and Cedar in advance in order to understand our pup's personality and needs. Shell also brought her own well-regulated dog along with her for part of the time that she house-sat, to help our dog start learning that dogs can be safe and fun to be around. Shell used creative techniques to help Cedar eat (she cooked eggs and provided bone broth) because Cedar does not eat much when she is anxious. She provided opportunities prior to the house sitting job for Cedar to interact with her and her own dog to help reduce Cedar’s stress while we were gone. Shell reinforced the training techniques we are working on. She took pictures of Cedar interacting with her dog and sent them to us. She even coordinated with our adult daughter so that Cedar could visit with a trusted family member for some of the time. Cedar was happy to see us when we got home, but we could tell she had a good time and had made a doggy friend that she feels confident and safe around! I feel lucky to have someone like Shell to leave my very anxious dog with. She is passionate about dogs and their welfare and is skilled at taking care of their needs. It gave me peace of mind when I was gone to know my dog was safe, well cared for and her needs were being met in the best possible way.”

I work from home most of the time and have a flexible schedule. Please reach out to me and we can get something on the calendar! I care for pets in clients' homes. It keeps them in their routine and what they are comfortable with. I also do things like water plants, get the mail, etc. Because my schedule is flexible, I get to enjoy working with and caring for animals throughout my day. I walk and play with them often. I always make sure that the pet is properly leashed, carry extra baggies, make sure they have water, and keep a close eye on them.

I was raised alongside my childhood dog Nala and ever since then there has always been a pup companion by my side. Over the years I have become the go-to pet sitter for my friends, family and coworkers. Whether its walks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking closely to routine, your dog will be loved and cared for while you're away. I;m currently not working outside of the home which means your dog will receive full-time attention, supervision, and care throughout the day. I'm able to provide plenty of walks, play time, potty breaks, and companionship not just quick check ins. Whether your dog prefers staying active or prefers a calm cozy environment, I can easily tailor my day around their routine and needs. Your pet will never be left alone for long stretches and will truly feel like a part of the household while you are away. Dogs in my home are treated like family and are welcome to relax inside and on furniture, enjoy supervised play, and stick closely to their normal routines for walks, feeding and sleep. If your dog gets along well with other dogs, they'll have the opportunity to socialize with my friendly Sheepadoodle, Appa. If your dog prefers their own space or needs separation, I have a separate area in my home where they can stay comfortably and safely. I also have a fully fenced in backyard for secure outdoor play and potty break, so safety is always a top priority.

About: I've taken care of my son's dogs Eddie, Nina and Uma for weeks to months at a time while he travels to England to visit family. I'm available for work shifts and even overnight upon request all throughout the weekdays and weekends. Updates will be posted to my calendar if changes occur. I have a front yard and more importantly a full fenced in backyard. I keep it very clean and clear of poop. I also have a beautiful 9 year old Golden Retriever to help keep your little one company.

He allowed her to hold him and even gave her a kiss at our meet and greet. We knew she was the one for him. About: Have had dogs my whole life. Grew up on a ranch with working dogs. Was a 4-H leader, showed Bernese Mountain Dogs. Ellie and Beau are my two four legged Corgi kids. I live by myself with my dogs. Enjoy walking and training for the Portland to Coast event. I am a school bus driver so I get up early feed and short walk the dogs, go to work come home in 2-3 hours then we go on a nice long walk (weather permitting) then head back to work after being home for 3-4 hours. Run the bus for a couple hours then back home around 5 pm. Feed then short walk before bed. All over night stays comes with free walks. I have a fenced in small back yard with gazebo. There is a doggie door for small dogs. Water available inside and outside. Crating available if needed.
