“I can’t say enough kind words about shell and her team. I had a couple day trip and had to leave my puppy Honey behind and was super nervous about how she would do without me. Turns out she didn’t even care that I left! She walked straight in and started playing right away. Shell’s house is like a safe haven for her and for good reason. Shell treats every dog like their her own and even treats me like I’m family, always offering me coffee or Cheerios. You can really tell that the dogs have the time of their life and Honey is soooo much more well behaved when I pick her up. She’s gotten so good at all her tricks thanks to Shell. If you need a dog sitter please look no further, Shell is the best you can find and is truly one of the best humans I’ve ever met. Thank you Shell!”

About: I have had dogs for 40 years. I have cared for them from being puppies to 17 years of age. We treat all pets with love and kindness. my Cocker Spaniel, Winni, is loved and cared for and given daily walks. I always feel she has me trained. She is always nice to other animals, even when she sees a bunny in our yard she just wants to look at it instead of chasing it. lol I have a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. I can give medication and take for a daily walk. I always feel animals need more than watching, they need cuddles and affection and someone to talk to them

I use multiple baby gates and an external kennel to thoughtfully manage space and interactions. This allows me to separate dogs when needed, provide quiet time, or give individual dogs privacy and decompression breaks—always with my close attention and supervision. I can offer private space both indoors and outdoors, ensuring each dog has a calm, secure place to relax based on their comfort level and needs. I’m very attentive to group dynamics and individual personalities, adjusting supervision and space to ensure every dog feels safe, respected, and comfortable—whether they thrive on companionship or prefer a calmer, more structured environment.
