I have been out of town working ridiculous hours and I can’t even begin to explain how amazing it is getting off work and seeing the tons of pictures and videos of the dogs just having an absolute blast. I was so nervous dropping my dog off for these out of town work trips but now Shells house is his second home and most favorite place ever! My dog gets excited pulling up to shells house and doesn’t like leaving when I come to get him. There is no doubt in my mind this is the best place for my dog to hang out with so many friends.”

This was our first big trip since one of our cats went through some serious health scares this year, so we were anxious about leaving them for this extended trip. After meeting Deborah though, it became clear that she is such a thoughtful, caring cat sitter and that we'd have nothing to worry about. The cats were immediately at ease with her, and she was so committed to understanding our cats' specific needs (including giving meds, tracking weight, and working with our vet tech to administer subcutaneous fluids). During the trip she sent us regular detailed updates and made sure to ask questions whenever any of the directions we left were unclear. We loved receiving so many wonderful photos and videos of the cats playing with Deborah - it allowed us to fully enjoy our time with family seeing how much love and care our kitties were getting over the holidays (especially our one cat that is typically so shy with new people!). Returning home, it's as if we never left. The kitties were so relaxed (clearly having received so much love and attention from Deborah) and the home was neat and tidy. Our medically challenged boy somehow had more energy than before we left! Mines a coward and we'd need to check that he gets along with yours first, he'll get bullied if I'm not careful, the poor thing I stay home all day and spend as much of my time as possible outside. Your dog may come back muddy though, the messier you get the more fun you had and all! I am home all day with eyes/ears on the pets nearly constantly. I also spend so much time in environments that encourage explorative play and will keep most dogs too busy to get bored and act out in the first place. If a pet did act out, there's more than enough space in my place to separate animals and allow them to decompress. If at your place, mine is kennel trained for the same idea.

“Kathy was a wonderful dog sitter for our 12 year old springer, Lilly and our 8 month old labradoodle, Zoey. She sent pictures of them on walks, playing with toys and snuggling on the couch. She administered ear medication for Lilly and I felt like she treated our dogs like her own. As I was picking them up, Kathy said “I’m going to miss them”. We’ve already booked her for our next out of town trip!”

I work from home most of the time and have a flexible schedule. Please reach out to me and we can get something on the calendar! I care for pets in clients' homes. It keeps them in their routine and what they are comfortable with. I also do things like water plants, get the mail, etc. Because my schedule is flexible, I get to enjoy working with and caring for animals throughout my day. I walk and play with them often. I always make sure that the pet is properly leashed, carry extra baggies, make sure they have water, and keep a close eye on them.

“Heath and Amy were amazing! Super flexible with all drop off and pickup needs, they have a lovely family that clearly love animals. Our dog was super happy to spend over a week with them which isn't super common as she is typically a bit nervous about new home environments. Not in this case, she made herself right at home thanks to their welcoming presence and their own pup was the perfect playmate. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future dogsitting needs.”

“To start, Danielle had my dog for a daycare, and, everything went great. I received photos showing him walking with others and I know him well enough to know he was enjoying his time. I felt comfortable to go ahead and schedule two overnights with Danielle for him during my next work trip. Things I love about Danielle are that she really pays attention to what you say, the details. She is straightforward and not afraid to express any concerns (such as safety of certain types of collars etc.) Her communication has been excellent. She walks every day with multiple dogs and the pack is such an enjoyable place for my dog. I'm not inundated with photos, but, receive just enough to know he's doing well! We will be boarding at Danielle's as long as she'll have us 💜”
