First, I'd like to meet you and your pet in person. It helps me get familiar with their personality and routine, and makes sure they know who I am before I show up solo. The last thing I want is for your pet to see me as a stranger who isn't supposed to be there. We'll go over their feeding schedule, medications, leash behavior, training, and emergency vet info, including the nearest location. I'll ask you to put it all in writing before I get started so we're both on the same page, and nothing gets missed. I'll also want to know how they do around other animals on walks, since some dogs are social butterflies and some aren't, and I'd rather know upfront than find out mid-walk. When I'm in your home, I treat it with care, keep things exactly as you'd want them, and make sure your pet stays comfortable and keeps their routine the whole time.
Information Chase B. would like to know about your pet
Before any booking, I'd love to know what makes your pet unique. Every animal has their own routine, preferences, and personality, and the more I know upfront, the better I can care for them. Please share their feeding schedule, any dietary restrictions or allergies, and any medications they may need. It's also helpful to know about any behavioral quirks, fears, or triggers, such as nervousness around strangers, other animals, or loud noises. Senior pets and special needs animals are always welcome. I ask that you share their routine so I can keep things consistent and stress-free for them.
A typical day
Every day looks a little different depending on what your pet needs. Mornings start with their routine to ensure they are comfortable, fed, and happy. From there, we might head out for a walk to explore the neighborhood, play a game of fetch in the yard, or simply hang out together if your pet prefers a quieter pace. I pay close attention to each animal's personality and energy level because some pets want adventure while others just want a warm body nearby, and I am equally happy with both. Before bed, we wind down the same way we started, making sure your pet feels safe, settled, and well cared for.

Pet care experience
Animals have always gravitated toward me. I wish I could take more credit for it, but at this point, I just lean into it. Over 10 years of caring for pets of all kinds, I've become the person friends and family call when they need someone who'll actually look after their animals like they matter. I've worked with puppies, seniors, large breeds, multi-pet homes, and cats who take a little convincing. My personal record is 7 dogs and 2 cats under one roof, and everyone left happy, including me. I offer walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, and I'm just as comfortable with cats as I am with dogs. Every visit comes with photos and genuine communication, not just a thumbs up that they're alive. I pay attention to your pet, notice when something feels off, and treat your home with the same respect I'd want for my own.
Reviews

Chase did a great job sitting for us while we were out of town. We got plenty of updates and pictures throughout his stay with her, and she enjoyed her time. Definitely appreciate the after visit summary he provided.
Chase has pet sat for so many of my friends and family members because he's so amazing. I recommend him highly! He connects and cares for all of our critters like they are his own, and he's very experienced with medications and punctuality. I'm never worried while I travel when Chase is taking care of my fur babies.

Fantastic work, Thank you for taking care of my cat otto. He really seemed to like you and it was great finding a new person to look after my cats! Will definitely be using again.
I have known Chase B since he was a young child. He grew up with pets and learned to care for them at a very young age. He has grown into a kind, compassionate, and very responsible adult. Chase has always shown love and care to my own dogs and I have felt very comfortable leaving them in his care. I think anyone would be lucky to find someone as trustworthy and caring as Chase to care for their beloved pets while they were away.
