About: I have over 30 years of combined experience caring for pets. Over the years, I’ve lovingly owned three toy poodles, two cats, and a doxie Terrier mix. My little one also enjoys spending time with furry friends and learning how to be gentle and caring with animals. While I plan to welcome another dog into our family in the future, for now I’m excited to help care for and love on other families’ pets as if they were my own. I have a very flexible schedule and the ability to provide plenty of attention, care, and companionship for your pet. I’m available on weekends and two flexible remote-work weekdays. This gives me the ability to accommodate walks, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and consistent supervision throughout the day. I have a front and backyard, including a partially fenced backyard area, with plenty of open green space nearby for safe walks and outdoor time. My neighborhood is extremely pet-friendly and surrounded by grassy areas, and a nearby park perfect for walks, fresh air, and new sights and smells to keep your pup happy and engaged. There are always friendly neighbors and fellow dog walkers out and about, making the environment feel welcoming and social for pets. Your dog will receive lots of love, attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I understand how important routines, patience, and comfort are when caring for someone else’s furry family member, and I strive to create a calm, safe, and cozy environment where pets can feel right at home. Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles on the couch, relaxing walks, or simply having company nearby, I’m happy to accommodate their personality and needs.

Because I’m home most of the day as a homemaker, pets in my care are rarely left alone and always supervised. I follow each pet’s individual routine as closely as possible; including feeding schedules, medication (I’m experienced with oral meds from my medical assisting background), potty breaks, and play. In our lively family home with two friendly dogs (Fluffy & Frankie), your pet will enjoy a safe, loving environment full of structure, affection, and attention. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic, so supervised playtime in the neighborhood (or long 30-foot leash when needed) is a favorite for burning energy safely. I prioritize a calm yet fun atmosphere with constant monitoring.

“Briana is definitely comfortable taking care of dogs. This was the first time ever to leave my puppy with a "stranger" and other dogs. My energetic puppy instantly warmed up to Briana's small dog and Briana was so calm and helped my puppy quickly become comfortable with her bigger dog.
