It has taken me a while to write this review because I do like Jordan; however, our experience this time with her as a dog sitter was not good. Prior to our vacation, we reviewed expectations both verbally & with a written note. Jordan informed me ahead of time that during her stay she would have to work a couple 8 hour shifts. Although not ideal, I was able to have a family member come during the day to let the dogs out since we don’t leave them alone for more than 5 hours. She failed to mention she was working 4 out of the 5 days, resulting in the dogs being unattended for almost 9 hours. My neighbor contacted us to say he hadn’t seen the dogs outside and they were barking a lot from inside.. He also told us the garage door was left open while she was at work. When we returned home, anxious & relieved to see the dogs, we had more issues. We were surprised by how much of our personal food she had eaten, inc brand new items with no mention of this. There was a decorative towel we found in the washing machine, stained and the colors bleeding-ruined. I was hoping Jordan would be our new dog sitter, but with the lack of communication, compromising our dogs well being & a disregard for our personal items, we will not be using her again.

Jordan was great with our dog, Eddie. She sent pictures and kept us in the loop throughout our time away!

Jordan did a great job watching our 2 dogs. They can be a handful and sometimes are unsure of new people. Shortly after her arrival, she sent a picture snuggled up with one of the dogs. We will definitely use Jordan again and appreciated the feedback she gave during her stay

First time using Jordan I was so grateful I could find someone the same day. She was great in working with my senior, blind Pit Bull.

Jordan gave my dog a loving home for the duration of his stay there. She is also a great and timely communicator. I will look to her first if I need to book again in the future.
