When I picked him up, I could clearly tell he had grown comfortable and even formed a bond with Cody, which says a lot. He was nervous at drop-off, but it was reassuring to see how much more relaxed and at ease he was by the end of his stay. Cody created a safe, welcoming environment and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I really appreciated the attention given to my dog’s needs and overall well-being. She was comfortable, had fun with Heidi’s dog Winston, and was well looked after, cared for, and loved while we were away. Hannah was absolutely AMAZING with our 2 high energy boys! It was my first time using a rover sitter & I would bring my babies back to Hannah 100 times over. She was so kind & understanding and I could tell she really listened to every thing I told her. Bleu is typically nervous around men so I wasn’t sure how he would be in a house with a man, but Hannah’s fiance was an ADDED BONUS! He and Bleu played every day & just loved eachother. Their kind & calm energy was apparent the second we stepped into their home to pick up our boys- my pets were so freaking calm and relaxed and it put any guilt I had at ease! I will be using a sitter more often now that I know how amazing she will be to my boys!!
