About: For the past ten years I’ve worked in the area as a veterinary assistant and also have experience in dog daycare and grooming. I enjoy developing relationships with pets and their humans! Being a home away from home is an huge honor to me. I am currently available during weekdays for daycare. I have a great space at my home and neighborhood to keep your dog company for the day. I am now doing pet sitting from my home and able to stay at your home. Whatever your pet is most comfortable with! I have a fenced in yard and my own dog that would love to play. I also have a great neighborhood to explore with your pet. The latest pick up time is 6:30pm but can accommodate if something comes up.

About: I have grown up with large dogs and been dog sitting for a couple of years now and have been dog walking/day time taking care of. I enjoy walking, bathing, and caring for all dogs weather a puppy or an older pup. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to help with anything like boarding, walking in, housesitting, and everything in between. I am currently a student ant WMU and working some weekdays and weekends, topically 3-4 days a week as a server. I am available to dog sit over night on week days and weekends. I live in an apartment but that doesn’t prevent enjoying spending time outdoors whether that’s visiting local dog parks, exploring walking trails, or going on daily walks. My top priorities are always the safety, comfort, and well being of every pet in my care. I treat each dog as if they were my own and provide the same level of attention, patience, and care that I would want for my own pet, my dog Tater Tot is my little baby and I know the love for our furry companions. I follow each owner’s instructions closely and work to create a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for every dog!

I am currently available on weekends, but I can review your specific needs. I will take your pet for walks, play with them, and care for them with affection. I don't have a fenced yard, but I care for and walk the animal with great attention. I don't have any pets of my own—just two children, aged 6 and 10, who love animals. My home is very spacious and comfortable.

“We left our 1yr old and 2 yr old cat with her for the weekend while my family ( who’s allergic to cats) came into town. She communicated with us, sent us a picture when possible, she was very respectful and understanding! She also responded very quickly as well which I appreciated since I’ve had my 1 year old cat since she was 8 weeks old and I’ve never left her with anyone before and we got our 2 yr old cat 3 months ago, but being in the loop made me feel better 😊 they seemed to have fun, so we definitely would come back!”

About: I have always had dogs in my life! I retired a little over a year ago, and I love spending time with my husband and our 2 year old Golden Retriever, Frankie. He’s our second Golden, and we love this breed, although we really love all dogs, and cats as well. I enjoy walking Frankie and we are avid walkers in this house. I’d love to take your dog on walks, too! I’m available for dog walking, drop in visits for feeding and potty breaks (with or without Frankie tagging along, that would be up to you); also overnights in my home if you’re agreeable to your dog hanging out with Frankie at our house. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I’m retired, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I occasionally have appointments and other activities, but I can easily fit your pet’s care into my lifestyle. I have a fully fenced backyard, and a friendly Golden Retriever ready to make friends with your dog. He would also love to come along with me to walk your dog or drop in for feeding and potty breaks, but that would be at your discretion, of course.

About: Currently I own 10 cats, 1 dog, and a pet rat business (Rem’s Rattery). I have experience with dog training, walking, engaging behaviors, socialization, puppy manners, and exercise. I have self trained my service dog and am mentored by Super Powers Canine Academy (SD recently washed from service due to leg pain). My husband will be in the home at the time of in-home services has hands on experience at shelters and vet care for various animals, but mainly cats and dogs. I currently use pet-sitting as a full-time job as I want to invest myself fully into caring for your fur babies! I am available at all times of the day (and night) to work with your schedule as-needed. I have plenty of time to take care of your loved pet. I have time to walk your dog, play with your dog and even train your dog if you’d like. Experience with long term care of large pit bull that needed training assistance in Arizona. I also housesat and petsat for a family with a large Weimaraner who had special needs (nervous problems especially) in Kalamazoo, Michigan that I had to be extra sensitive and mindful to. CATS (very experienced and skilled with cats - my knowledge of them is above and beyond, as I have 2 of my own myself, both rescues.) (2) Rabbits - one was my roommates; the other belongs to a very close friend and her Husband. I am experienced feeding them and I have knowledge of their temperaments and needs. Reptile experience: 2 Snakes (I am not comfortable feeding them mice, however, sorry about that, but I am experienced with humidifying their environments and checking up on them - fearlessly!) Please just ask me! :) My Mom passed away last summer and I decided to move back home to Michigan and take a year off to tend to my Father, being that I’m an only child and he’s my only family left. I am grateful to be back home in Michigan, and I’d like to utilize my free time wisely - pet sitting / house sitting / spending time with animals brings me peace and joy! My career consisted of a tremendous amount of safety and security tasks. I am a reputable individual with drive and passion and I love connecting with people. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies!!! I am available in the greater West Michigan area. If you are not in Kalamazooo, I am more than willing to travel to you for a small fee, depending how far it takes for me to drive to you. I want you to be at comfort and ease while you’re away, so I always ask for a little note about your expectations of me, your pet(s) feeding schedule, walking schedule and typical routes, what is ok/not ok in regards to (being on the furniture, offering treats, jumping on people - I don’t mind being jumped on at all by a cute dog, but if that’s something you’re trying to train your dog NOT to do, please note that, for example, so I can contribute to your training rather than mess it up. My home is open to dogs (only one at a time) who are OK being around my cat, Oliver. He has been acclimated with dogs.. and I would typically keep them separated if you want me to watch them in my home. I have an apartment, and we have a nice dog park.. but do keep in mind; I might have to fluctuate your fees depending on what adjustments I may need to make to my home or lifestyle to accommodate your pet in my home temporarily! In your home, I am very respectable and trustworthy (with plenty of references so you feel comfortable). I don’t mind doing light cleaning while I am in your space, I always clean up after myself and your pet while you are away. Again, any expectations of me? Just inform me! :)
