“Alexia is a super dog person and goes extra miles, literally, to care for my canine. I thought Tilda might be coming down with an UTI when I left her with Alexia. We discussed that possibility and stayed in contact about how she was behaving. The call came Friday evening that Tilda wasn’t getting better. Long story short, Alexia took Tilda to her vet on Saturday morning and confirmed the infection and started her on two prescriptions for the rest of the weekend. Alexia was gracious to extend the extra care and Tilda was feeling much better at pick up time. Thank you so much Alexia.”

“Rosie had a wonderful time visiting and playing with her new found friends! Thank you Savannah for taking such great care of our puppy Rosie! Highly recommend and personable!”

“Amazing people, kept me updated on my babies constantly because I was so nervous ? but they were so accommodating and my babies had so much fun. Will definitely book them again next time we come to Michigan!”

“Larry was awesome! He had my lil Maggie for almost two weeks we were just passing through and had car trouble and he extended her stay on the fly for us. When I picked her up she was so happy! If I need a dog boarder again I will definitely call Larry.”

“This is my second time trusting Deb to care for Ralph. It was a very last minute request and I thank her tremendously for being there for me and Ralph in a pinch. Deb’s home is clean and well maintained. I love that Ralph always has friends to play with when he goes there and she takes excellent care of Ralph. I trust her completely.”

“It’s always a pleasure working with JoAnn and Michael. My dog is very comfortable there and I know she will be safe. I get updates and pictures. It’s wonderful knowing that I have a reliable place for my dog when I take a vacation.”

“Shawnia was the best pet sitter ever. Seven really enjoyed herself and she made me feel at ease during my whole trip by sending me pictures and updates. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Thank you so much.”

“Sarah was wonderful from start to finish! She watched my GSD overnight on NYE and was wonderful with communication leading up to and then while he was with her. I received so many pictures and videos of him, it was very appreciated and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her! My dog was whooped when he came home from having fun playing with her dogs. He slept the whole rest of the day and we LOVE a sleepy german shepherd lol”
About: A calm, loving home with a fenced yard—and 30 years of real dog experience to back it up. Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Dogs have always been a part of my life, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to me. Two years ago, I lost my beloved shepherd. While that was incredibly hard, it inspired me to open my home and heart to other dogs. Since then, I’ve been caring for dogs for family and friends, as well as volunteering with foster dogs—helping them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they wait for their forever homes. I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and explore, and I don’t have any pets of my own right now. That means your dog gets my full attention in a calm, low-stress environment—perfect for dogs who prefer their own space or need a little extra comfort. I treat every dog like they’re my own and tailor care to their unique personality—whether that’s active playtime, relaxing companionship, or a steady routine. You can count on me to provide a safe, loving, and dependable home filled with attention, affection, and plenty of tail wags. I’d love to meet you and your pup! Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I work full time, but I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to be home often and adjust my day around the needs of the dogs in my care. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will be part of a calm, structured, and caring environment. I provide a calm, safe, and loving home where dogs feel relaxed and happy. They get potty breaks, playtime, and fenced-yard fun, and if I’m at work, crating is never more than 4 hours, with breaks on lunch or as needed. With no other pets at home, your dog gets plenty of one-on-one attention and care like family.

About: Experienced in leading dogs big and small, young and old, well-mannered and not. Waking, sitting, drop ins, day care, and training. Deep understanding of dog psychology. Open to any specific requests, flexible with pet parents. I’m currently a full time trainer and pet sitter. I have a relatively flexible schedule. You’re welcome to send me messages about dates and about your pet. I’ll do my best to help out! I live in a large house, multiple floors. I have a large backyard with a leash anchor. Your pet will be my main focus for the duration of their stay whether it be training or sitting. The same goes for sitting or training in your home as well. I adapt well to new houses, don’t mind cats as well. I like to keep clean around the house, and I do offer deep cleaning as an extra.
“Fantastic pet sitter! I have a very stubborn and specific elderly dog and after talking with her once, I felt completely confident that he would be well taken care of. I received multiple updates throughout my dog’s stay, and she was even gracious enough to allow me to pick him up after midnight. Everything went smoothly and I can tell from my dog’s stay, as well as the sweet attitude of the other animals in her home, that this is a very loving place for pets! Thank you very much!”

Drop off and pick up times are flexible. I am a retired school teacher with flexibility to give your dog a good experience. I have a fenced in yard and a Beagle to play with your pet to help him/her feel at home. Bring a crate if possible along with their favorite toy.
About: Hello! I am a second year veterinary student at the University of Illinois. I am home in MI with my parents for the summer, so I’d love to care for your pet(s) while you’re away. I have experience with dogs and cats of all temperaments and energy levels. I am also Fear Free certified, so I pride myself on providing comfortable visits. I will be in the Battle Creek area from June through August. Come August, I will be in the Champaign, IL area. My daily/weekly schedule is fairly open as I do not have a current job. My pets are allowed on furniture. However, I will respect whatever rules you have in place with your pet. I tend to do an outside break every 2-4 hours depending on weather, but in the summer most days are spent outside. I feed my dog on a 2 meal schedule, but can accommodate the pet(s) normal meal routines.
“Reed and Natalie always do a great job with taking care of my puppy. He comes home happy and tired, and the pictures and videos they send of him having fun and being played with are reassuring and heartwarming. If I could give extra stars, I would.”

About: I have grown up surrounded by animals. I started taking care of pets on my own at the age of seven, and I’ve loved doing it ever since. I currently have two rescues of my own, and have experience in senior care. I currently work from home and have an open schedule. I have availability for a fixed schedule or just whenever you need the extra help. I know how important routine is in a pets life, whatever directions are given will be followed. And they will get plenty of cuddles and playtime.
“Our dog just stayed 2 nights with Jaisree. I felt so comfortable leaving our girl with her. She has a beautiful home and very private yard. We would definitely leave our dog with her again. She sent us plenty of pictures and updates and truly seemed to enjoy her time with our girl. Thank you Jaisree!”

“Barb was fantastic! She sent updates and pictures and was so great to work with. Brownie had so much fun staying with her overnight. He came home and was exhausted from all of his playtime and fun! We will most definitely use her again in the future.”

“I have an older that needs a lot of attention and Kristen took the time to listen to what she needed and made sure she got her medication. She made sure my dog was safe, and sent me updates and pictures throughout her stay.”
