She updated us and sent pictures of Bailey to us regularly, which made us never worry about if Bailey was doing okay. Ru was also very flexible in extending Bailey’s stay with her by a few hours when our flight back home was unexpectedly canceled. “A wonderful experience! We were nervous as this was our first time boarding our dog, but at the meet and greet Jacob had each of his dogs meet ours one on one. The dogs all got along, and I think ours was excited to have other dogs to play with! She was with them for three nights, and was well cared for. She came home happy and healthy - it is such a relief knowing we have a future resource for times we can’t bring her with us, and it was so nice knowing she was in a home with a big fenced backyard, instead of in a kennel. Thank you for taking such great care of our Daisy girl!”

Felix sent me messages and pictures daily so that I knew they were having fun together. My dog got to enjoy long walks each day with the freedom to explore all the new smells along the way. I didn't worry or feel guilty leaving my dog behind because I knew he was happy in Felix's care!”
