We’re not from the area and travel with our dogs often so thought nothing of it when we had a wedding to attend in Holland but one dog decided she didn’t want to be quiet in our accommodations and we were told to figure it out or be evicted from the hotel (understandable). We put the call out to a few dog sitters over Rover and Beth responded quickly with compassion and responsiveness. We were able to drop our dogs with her after a very easy-going meeting to make sure all parties were comfortable and safe. It was easy to see Beth cared and had a great operation. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, currently have a rescue that is a Cur/Dalmatian mix. I fostered a German Shepherd and just found him his forever home! My previous pup was a pure bred red-nose pit! I work from home so am available for all needs! And yes, my dog does sleep on my bed! Lots of outdoor toys to tire them out! I have a fenced in yard and a “puppy pool” for those hot days! About: I’ve been helping my parents raise dogs since I was around 10 years old, our first dog being a collie we rescued as she wasn’t being treated well with her initial owners. We took her in and got her cleaned up, took care of the fleas she had, found her a good diet, and gave her lots of love and attention through it all. We took her on camping trips, out on the water to go fishing, out on walks and to get pup cups at the ice cream shop, her favorite place being my granny’s house. We supported our collie till her last breath as she was elderly, and even as she was so old, she always had her usual, laid back and quirky personality. So rest assured, your fur baby will be 110% safe and cared for with me, maybe even a bit spoiled! I’m sticking with Rover full time for a while! I’ve tried Camp Bow Wow, and found it isn’t the right work environment for me. I like providing services through Rover as I can better manage my schedule and get to know your fur babies more personally! With specific instructions written on paper, I have no issues accommodating to your pet’s needs in your home! I’m respectful during visits in others homes, treating them as my own and keeping spaces clean and tidy. With proper cleaning tools, I can clean up accidents on hard surfaces or rugs, I may need a demonstration on how to use a specific cleaning machine or vacuum depending on how complicated it is. I’m not allergic to any animal, or any breed, so pet hair doesn’t bother me! If need be, I am able to administer oral medications with proper instruction and demonstration. On walks I make sure to keep dogs close to me and away from the road, I carry doggy bags, and on hot days, I’ll carry a little folded up bowl that I can poor water in, so your baby stays hydrated!

With over 15 years of experience training puppies for Canine Companions for Independence and a lifetime of owning both dogs and cats, I’m highly observant of behavior and body language, ensuring your pet feels safe, secure, and well cared for at all times.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life! Not only my own dogs, but friends and neighbors dogs as well. I love animals and they love me. I am flexible and can adapt to serve your pets needs. I have great attention to detail and care for pets in a timely manner, feeding and walking consistently according to their normal schedule to avoid disrupting their routine. I know how tough it is to leave your pets, but I will give them love and care and send as many pictures as you’d like throughout their time with me. I am a grad student and I would be happy to add caring for your pet into my day or week. I have time to let your pet out about every 4 hours. My schedule is flexible and I am happy to accommodate any special requests. I groomed my golden doodle and gave him all his haircuts for several years. I’d be happy to groom your dog too! I will do my best to adjust to feed and walk or play with your dog at the time they are used to do their routine isn’t disturbed.

“We were apprehensive about a long stay with a vacay out of the country. So we decided on a meet/greet overnight to be sure Alexandra’s household was a good fit for our sweet but sometimes sassy girl:) From the start, Alexandra was so warm and welcoming.
