We’re not from the area and travel with our dogs often so thought nothing of it when we had a wedding to attend in Holland but one dog decided she didn’t want to be quiet in our accommodations and we were told to figure it out or be evicted from the hotel (understandable). We put the call out to a few dog sitters over Rover and Beth responded quickly with compassion and responsiveness. We were able to drop our dogs with her after a very easy-going meeting to make sure all parties were comfortable and safe. It was easy to see Beth cared and had a great operation. We were able to attend the wedding and reception afterwards with peace of mind. We just scooped up our pups and they’re completely, happily pooped. Once I came across Anne’s profile, I’d hoped for a good experience and let me tell you, Anne and her family were absolutely amazing! They were super attentive to my pup — taking him for walks, allowing him to play with their animals, and maintaining structure for him by encouraging rest time, and correcting his behavior. Every time I came to pick him up, he was so sad to leave and he was super excited to be back at their house each time I dropped him off! I can’t sing their praises enough, it means the world to me that they helped me in a pinch and that they did an exceptional job! Any time I return to the area, Anne will be my go-to everytime!”

About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. Each dog needs all of these things in different ways and I am here to figure that out to insure your pup and you get the best from me. I used to be under the LLC Dogs On the Run Grand Rapids, but life (two children, moving to Holland etc) put that on hold. I am now so excited to start giving Hollands furry family members what they need! I would love to meet you and work with you and your dog to give them the energy and visit or stay that they need! I have ran and walked dogs no matter the weather. Visits and Stays will come with pictures, arrival and departure time, a map of where we walked/ran, and any notes of our adventure! Send me a message and lets talk about your furry friend today! I am currently working, but that can be worked around your schedule and your pets needs. I am always willing to find the best scenario and schedule! For those going on walks and runs, we will work with what you use and what works best for your dog. All dogs are different. Also, what you want from your dog is different as well. If they need some leash training we can do that as well. My car is dog friendly, so if ball at the park is what they need, or a swim, I am down for that as well! Variety is the spice of life! For stays, I do have a dog of my own who is completely pet friendly, so of course our home is too! Any questions, Ask away :)

About: We just recently started on Rover and are already loving it! We owned a sweet, energetic Alaskan Husky until our third son was born. Our boys were so good with her. We have more space now and are home all the time with a secure fenced yard. Ready to welcome some animal life back in! I just ask that your dog is comfortable around kids. Our boys are ages 3-7. As a homeschool family of 5 we’re pretty much always home. We are confident your pup will get the love and attention they need and truly feel at home away from home! We have a great fenced yard for dogs. No pets except two bunnies who live outside in secure hutches. Our boys love all animals and are taught to handle them gently, firm and respectfully. Your pup will get plenty of love, play, and potty opportunities :)

About: I was raised around dogs and have been a dog owner for over 20 years. Over the years, I have provided pet care for friends and family and decided to expand my services to help other pet owners as well. I work on site 4 days a week. On the 4 days I work dogs will have a potty break after 6-7 hrs. Generally off on Saturday and Sunday. I have a fenced in yard with a fur baby of my own to keep yours company amd 2 teenagers who love to help out and spoil your four legged bestie even more. I require you bring a crate but I can provide one for a small fee. We love the outdoors in the summer, so lots of exercise for your fur baby At this time I can only care for hypoallergenic breeds in my home. I can walk and do drop ins with any breed. About: Dogs to me are family. I grew up with dogs my whole life. I got my first dog Lacey when I was 6 and recently had to put her down. About: Your pets are family, and I treat them that way. From dogs and cats to pigs, chickens, cows, and birds, I have spent my entire life caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Even as a kid, I was the neighborhood’s go-to pet sitter, riding my bike around town to feed, play with, and care for everyone's pets. I love what I do, and I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry (or feathered!) family members in someone else's hands, and take this responsibility very seriously. To give you peace of mind, I will customize my updates and keep in touch as much or as little as you prefer. I do drop in visits, pet day care, and boarding in my home. We are a homeschool family, and usually home. My children love animals and we love playing with new animals whenever we can. We love to go for walks and hang out in our yard with our dog, pigs, and chickens. We have frequently watched a dog, and she fit in very well here-- we leashed her for potty breaks, crated her when we had to leave, and she roamed the house while we were home.

About: I grew up with a shetland sheepdog and medium haired house cat. As an adult I've walked large and small dogs of different breeds. I have boarded and pet sat at owners house with dogs that needed meds or had special needs. I currently work part-time Monday to Thursday. This leaves me with plenty of time to spend taking care of your dogs, whether walking or playing. I have a fenced yard and no animals of my own. If I need to crate (you have to supply) your dog, then my house has plenty of space.
