Once I came across Anne’s profile, I’d hoped for a good experience and let me tell you, Anne and her family were absolutely amazing! They were super attentive to my pup — taking him for walks, allowing him to play with their animals, and maintaining structure for him by encouraging rest time, and correcting his behavior. Every time I came to pick him up, he was so sad to leave and he was super excited to be back at their house each time I dropped him off! I can’t sing their praises enough, it means the world to me that they helped me in a pinch and that they did an exceptional job! Any time I return to the area, Anne will be my go-to everytime!”

About: Dogs to me are family. I grew up with dogs my whole life. I got my first dog Lacey when I was 6 and recently had to put her down. We’re not from the area and travel with our dogs often so thought nothing of it when we had a wedding to attend in Holland but one dog decided she didn’t want to be quiet in our accommodations and we were told to figure it out or be evicted from the hotel (understandable). We put the call out to a few dog sitters over Rover and Beth responded quickly with compassion and responsiveness. We were able to drop our dogs with her after a very easy-going meeting to make sure all parties were comfortable and safe. It was easy to see Beth cared and had a great operation. We were able to attend the wedding and reception afterwards with peace of mind. We just scooped up our pups and they’re completely, happily pooped. About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. Each dog needs all of these things in different ways and I am here to figure that out to insure your pup and you get the best from me. I used to be under the LLC Dogs On the Run Grand Rapids, but life (two children, moving to Holland etc) put that on hold. I am now so excited to start giving Hollands furry family members what they need! I would love to meet you and work with you and your dog to give them the energy and visit or stay that they need! I have ran and walked dogs no matter the weather. Visits and Stays will come with pictures, arrival and departure time, a map of where we walked/ran, and any notes of our adventure! I am always willing to find the best scenario and schedule! For those going on walks and runs, we will work with what you use and what works best for your dog. All dogs are different. Also, what you want from your dog is different as well. If they need some leash training we can do that as well. My car is dog friendly, so if ball at the park is what they need, or a swim, I am down for that as well! Variety is the spice of life! She watched Felix every day for us this week and has been beyond helpful/flexible and amazing with our work schedules. She keeps me well informed and updated throughout the day and sends the CUTEST photos. So cute I’m going to have to get some of them framed. I know he’s been walked and has had sufficient play time just by how tired he is when coming home. With him being a puppy, he chews and gets into things he isn’t supposed to. I can tell from Samantha’s updates that she is patient and works with him on behavioral issues. We feel so fortunate to have found Samantha and are excited to take Felix back next week!”
