About: I have been in the veterinary medicine field for about 4 years now between working in small animal and large animal clinics over the years as well as through school at Michigan State University. I have been trained to minister care for all cats/dogs of all breeds/sizes. If your pet has any health issues such as diabetes or has hit senior years, no worries! New puppy paws running around? Glad to be of assistance to help them learn better manners and play til the nap! I am a full time Veterinary Technician at a local veterinary hospital in Kalamazoo. My schedule is a typical “8-5” job and have an 1 hr break for lunch during that time. I can be very flexible since I have some free days during the week and can provide care for your pets around my schedule. I’m free most weekends but work from 8-2 on some Saturdays. Since I am not able to keep your pets in my home due to space, I will treat your home with all respect. If you have places and boundaries that are set, they will be followed accordingly. If your pet or myself makes a mess, it will be cleaned up immediately! I have a pet cleaner machine and products to get pet stains out in a jiffy!

About: I’ve had animals my entire life. My real passion is dogs and I’m focused on dog sitting/boarding/daycare, but I’m happy to take care of cats and drop in for other animals. I have owner trained one at home service dog and am in the process of owner training a public access service dog. I have two yellow labs (one bench, one field), a mixed breed rescue, and a cat. All my animals are very animal friendly. My big lab does take a noisy minute to adjust, but he’s a big sweetheart once he’s got the lay of the land. I have a yard with a living fence and a wooded property where the dogs can be walked if needed. I am home full time and just becoming an empty nester, so I have plenty of time and attention to devote to our furry friends. Most days it will just be me and the animals on our wooded property so there’s plenty of time and room for relaxation and play. I have a fairly large fenced yard and wooded surrounding property. My home is laid back and the animals are treated like family. They are welcome on furniture and have plenty of room to play and toys to play with. I just ask they be on tick and heartworm prevention as there are many bugs in the woods. I have regular experience with basic grooming and administering meds. I have crates available if needed or preferred. I’ll do my best to care for them as you want. Our big lab, George does have some scary looking anxiety upon meeting (barking and growling). If you are boarding/daycare/meet and greet with us, George will be in a pen on leash, harness, and muzzle to start (either inside or outside weather dependent-prefer outside). As your dog explores, I will work with George to adapt to the new situation and eventually greet your dog appropriately. Once that happens, he’s good with appropriate play, boundary setting, etc…. It’s just the initial greeting that needs a little more management.

About: I have been with Rover for about three years now. I have a dog of my own, and when facing a situation where I needed care for her, it nearly broke my heart to stick her in a kennel. And honestly, it almost broke the bank! I find that this service I am offering helps you go on vacation without needing to stress and worry about your pets being in a cage 23 hours a day with minimal interaction and being stressed out by other stressed out barking dogs. I can guarantee you will enjoy your time away knowing that your pet is in a familiar and safe environment with a person who is trustworthy and willing keep your pet company at your own home. I mainly do this on the side, I have a full-time job and a family. I work from home, and have the capability of working from your home if you can offer high-speed Internet. My children are 13 and 9 and occasionally like to help, however, I know that is not ideal for every House Sitting situation. These are all topics we can talk about in our first meet and greet at your house. Please feel free to send me a message with any questions you might have. Due to today’s world and the nature of the situation, a meet and greet prior to the dates needed is 100% required for me. About: I've owned dogs my whole life and I can appreciate every breed. They all deserve love and compassion, and I've recently made room for cats, as well. Pets are family members, so I don't mind lending a hand for family! I have two jobs, but I am hoping to make this a replacement second job. My day job, I get out at 3pm and I have the rest of the day to help out. Of course, I have my own dog, so I'd like to stop home and care for her first before helping out where I'm needed, but other than that, I have a pretty open schedule, especially on the weekends! I will always opt for going to a client's home because I rent my place of living and am limited in bringing around other pets. I will follow any instructions given to me by my clients, and am very good at sending updates!!

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a kid, and now work my full time job with animals every day. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, ferrets, and rodents! My senior dog has Stage 3 kidney disease and we provide daily care for him, including oral and injectable meds, and special diets. I am comfortable doing this with other animals :) I work a full time job during the week, hours 7 am - 3:30 pm. Am looking for supplemental income by providing pet care to those in need. I am available after 4:30 pm during the week, and weekends. I have a fenced in yard for my for dog, and a crate available if needed. I would prefer caring for your pets at your home but am willing to bring them to my home if they are dog and cat friendly. I have a senior dog who has some trouble getting around so we have ramps, but he prefers dogs that are smaller than he is, about 55 lbs. My pets are treated like kings and queens in our home and I would provide the same care for your fur babies!

About: I have had pets of many kinds almost my entire life and many friends have entrusted me with the care of their pets while away. My friend who ran a successful rescue trusts me with her medically complex rescues. I follow whatever instructions are there with special attention paid to any medications that need to be given or other special details. I'm a freelancer that spends too much time sitting while I work. I'm very excited to add more walks into my life and a bit more out of the house time taking care of your furry friends when you need! In your home I will do everything in my power to take good care of your four legged friend. Whether that means medicating them at the right times, chilling on the couch for a bit of snuggling, or playing fetch in the backyard (or living room) until the exciteable animal is a little more chill from getting energy out.
