About: Hi, I’m Debbie, and I have always had dogs in my life! I retired a little over a year ago, and I love spending time with my husband and our 2 year old Golden Retriever, Frankie. He’s our second Golden and we love this breed, although we really love all dogs — cats, too! I enjoy walking Frankie and we are avid walkers in this house. I’d love to take your dog on walks, too! I’m available for dog walking, drop in visits for feeding and potty breaks (with or without Frankie tagging along, that would be up to you); I can also housesit your dog in your own home while you’re away on vacation or other travels. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I’m retired, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I occasionally have appointments and other activities, but I can easily fit your pet’s care into my lifestyle. I have a fully fenced backyard where my Golden Retriever, Frankie, would be ready to make friends with your dog if you’d like them to meet. If you’d prefer that your dog stay at home in his/her own surroundings, I’ll be happy to oblige whatever requests you have in order to keep your pet comfortable and happy.
About: I've owned dogs my whole life and I can appreciate every breed. They all deserve love and compassion, and I've recently made room for cats, as well. Pets are family members, so I don't mind lending a hand for family! I have two jobs, but I am hoping to make this a replacement second job. My day job, I get out at 3pm and I have the rest of the day to help out. Of course, I have my own dog, so I'd like to stop home and care for her first before helping out where I'm needed, but other than that, I have a pretty open schedule, especially on the weekends! I will always opt for going to a client's home because I rent my place of living and am limited in bringing around other pets. About: I know how to handle more energetic or anxious animals and can read animals behaviors very well. I have worked at multiple veterinary clinics through internships as a vet assistant. I now work at an animal shelter as a part of the medical team + animal care team. Due to this I am able to administer any medication or care to your pet. I work 5 days a week but only for around 6 hours per shift so the rest of the day I can spend with your animal and caring for them :) I have a very large yard, not fenced but I will walk your animal around it and spend time with them outside (leashed) so they get lots of wxercise and enrichment. I have multiple rooms in which your animal can roam so they don’t feel trapped + toys. Your pet will get lots of play time, cuddles, and attention based on their needs!
