About: I've always grown up around animals, so caring for them has just always been a part of my life. I honestly can't remember a time when we didn't have dogs at home, and over the years I've also helped friends, neighbors, and family members care for their pets whenever they were out of town or needed an extra hand. Being around animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I love getting to know each pet's unique personality. Some are full of energy and always ready to play, while others are happiest going for a walk or curling up next to you, and I enjoy spending time with all of them. My schedule is pretty flexible outside of classes. I have time throughout the week for walks, drop in visits, and pet sitting, and I love having an excuse to get outside or spend time with animals. I'll always do my best to work around your pet's routine so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. About: At this point in my life, I have cared for almost any domestic, exotic or farm animal that one can run into! Time spent working with snakes and spiders in a reptile shop, working on farms with cattle, goats and chickens, and caring for everyones furry companions like cats, dogs and rodents in homes has left me feeling well prepared to handle whatever critters come our way. My remaining pet is Sharkbait, a 9 year old heeler mix, who has been the everywhere and everything dog with me for the last 8+ years. She has met all of the above animals in her time and is the ultimate friend to all. As a retired service animal, she is kind and intuitive while responding calmly to reactive animals she meets. This makes her the perfect travel companion and buddy for all your babies and she will always be with me on sitting and walking jobs as she and I like to stay very active, walking anywhere from 2-6 miles daily together. Walks to the park and jogs around the block are my favorite way to keep your pets focus while expending that pent up energy. For homebody pets I love a good puzzle or snuffle toy to keep their minds working in their safe space. If your pup loves walking or running I definitely am capable of providing both. You’ll never have to worry on if your fur babies are being fed or taken care of properly when they stay with me they are apart of the pack. All your fur kids will be fed either at the same time or on your preferred time. We have plenty of feeding areas in the house so that they all can eat separately. I am experienced in providing pills and adding supplements to their food. We have three relaxing beds your kids can be in during their stay if your pups or kitties don’t get along with one another we provide separate areas they can be in. Don’t worry about your pups being alone during their stay here, there is always at least two people in the house at all times. I like to provide regular pupdates by sending photos and telling you how their day has been.
