My availability is wide open except for Sunday morning commitments, taking some time at my place each day, and looking for a regular job with benefits. I care for your pets in your home, giving them attention and love. I give them the time to get used to me & make sure they are content. Making sure they are safe and having fun is important to me.

About: Hello I’m Griffin, I moved to Eugene last September to accept a job with a local nonprofit. I absolutely love dogs, to the point where my entire social media algorithm just presents me with puppy videos (all dogs are puppies to me.) I grew up with dogs, specifically Labradors, Cairn terriers and a Yorkie. When I was in Peace Corps in Ukraine, I had adopted a street dog and named him Dantinos. Sadly due to pandemic I was unable to bring my buddy back. There’s a big dog shaped hole in my heart. So, I decided to give this a try. My nonprofit job, while rewarding and interesting, isn’t cutting it for the cost of living today. I work full time but have remote work flexibility and live within a few minutes walking distance from my place of work- so whether it’s boarding or drop-ins, or walks, there’s a great opportunity to make it work. I would love to meet and pet and give your puppy some scratches if you’ll have me. I’ve got 35 years experience because I’ve grown with dogs all my life; and while I am not able to care for my own right now, taking a stroll with your puppy might be a win win win situation. I work full time, but have remote work flexibility and given a day or two in advance could likely block off some time to visit or walk a pet. Especially after lunch, when scheduled meetings are less frequent. When it comes to boarding- my work is literally a 5-8 min walk from my apartment- so even if I need to be in the office, coming back for potty breaks are not a problem. Fridays are generally half days, giving a little more flexibility I care for dogs by giving them love and affection when they want it. I’ve got a weakness for giving a dog treats with those pleading eyes, but I promise that I would never feed another persons dog anything not allowed, and certainly know to avoid over feeding. Eugene is a beautiful place and I think it would be a pleasure to take a stroll with your dog.

About: I grew up with and love dogs and would frequently sit for family and friends. I currently have four kitties at home so I’m happy to look after any fur babies you have :) I’m currently in between jobs before moving states so I have full availability. I’m extremely flexible and am more than happy to make time for your animals. My kitties are still getting used to each other so at time things can get tense but making sure everyone has plenty of love and attention and play time is the main goal in the house. I’m happy to do whatever it is that makes your pet most comfortable while you’re gone.

About: I’ve raised two reactive dogs. One towards humans and one towards other dogs. This has taught me a lot of skill to keep the dog and others safe. I had a 16 year old pit bull mix who taught me about taking care of elderly dogs, such as changing diapers and giving medication. I truly love all animals and they are always my number 1 priority when I’m around them! I am very flexible with working all days on weekdays and if really needed open to weekends as well. Shoot me a text and I’m sure we can find a time! Whatever the owner says, goes. My interest is in creating the best environment for your pet. You know your pet better than anyone so I’m gonna listen to you. If I were to take your pet to my house, I do not have a fenced yard so they would stay inside with me whenever we are not walking or going on adventures. I’m a huge outdoor guy and if you have an active pup who loves the nature I would also love to go on hikes with them.

I worked in vet-med for a short time, and I have lots of experience with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm particularly skilled in befriending anxious cats and dogs. I have experience in giving oral medication, administering eye/ear drops, and trimming cat claws. I'm currently available 7 days a week and my schedule is very flexible. I have lots of time to dedicate to caring for your pet. I enjoy walking daily, and I really enjoy playing with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. My husband and I have two black cats at home, and we treasure them dearly. They get a lot of attention, play time, treats, and snuggles. I am comfortable spending time with your pet in your home, feeding them per your directions, giving any necessary medications, and taking them out for walks/exercise. I can drive your dog to a park or dog park, if desired. I will happily give your pet snuggles and scritches if they want them, but I also respect every animal's personal boundaries. I pay close attention to behaviors and body language that tell me if they feel safe and what kind of attention they want.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was ten years old. My little sister and I were quite the entrepreneurs, and created our own pet-sitting business in our neighborhood, taking care of our neighborhood pets. I absolutely love taking care of animals and am highly interested in a career working with them. I also have a fur baby of my own! I currently am working part-time and taking a gap semester, so I generally have open availability and can make time to stay overnight or drop by easily! About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since the day I was born. I grew up around dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes and have loved them more every day. I started dogsitting for family friends and neighbors when I was 12, and have done so for many different people and pets since then. I can stay in the house as long as you need, let your dogs out as frequently as needed, and follow whatever feeding and care instructions your pet requires. About: I've grown up around and cared for all sorts of animals all my life, especially dogs and cats. I've been dog sitting specifically for around 2 years, including caring for elderly dogs with strict needs/ medical issues, and anxious dogs. Despite mostly sitting for dogs at this point I'm also well versed with cats (having one of my own). I am a full-time college student, so while that takes up some time I am free Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's anytime after 2 and fully on the weekends. I make sure to follow their needs closely, keeping them on schedule with feeding, medications if necessary, etc. If an animal needs lots of interaction I make sure to give them as much attention as they want and if they don't then I make sure they're given the space they need. The individual animals care it of utmost importance and I make sure to individualize my care based on what each specific animal needs :)

I can comfortably work with animals of different sizes, temperaments, ages, and medical needs. I have experience administering oral and topical medication and working with senior and special-needs pets. Whether your pet is energetic and ready for a long walk or prefers a slower pace and lots of love, I am happy to meet them where they are. As a pet owner myself, I know it can be difficult to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I will provide patient, loving care while you’re away and keep you updated with lots of photos! Currently, I am available for dog walking (or running!) and drop-in home visits. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I am a graduate student, so I am available to care for your pet on weekdays and weekends! I will always update my availability promptly. I will always ask for details about your pet’s health, temperament, and routine to ensure I can provide the best care. Please let me know of any medical issues or reactivity your pet might have. For walking, I ask that each animal have a secure leash or harness. I do not do off-leash walks. I only take dogs to the dog park on request.

About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs and cats in my home and I’ve loved every each one of them. I currently have 2 cats and 3 other in the house from my roommates. my youngest is a 5 month old orange tabby named boots and my oldest is a 8 year old calico named Nora.
