About: I have always had an affinity for animals, and have always had them in my life. My first dog was a keeshound mix named Katrinka, since then I have had a wide variety of animal friends, from ferrets to horses. As an adult I worked as a vet tech and organic dog treat baker These days I am a working artist and have fewer animals, in the interest of being able to travel and create. Pet sitting allows me to enjoy the company of a wide variety of animals, without the long term commitment. In addition to pet sitting in your home, I am available for daily drop-in visits to get your pup out for a run, change litter boxes + water, or just give them some company while you are at work. About: Hi, I'm Desiree! I live in the hills in Southwest Eugene with my family & fur babies: four dogs, a cat, and a bunny. So animals are my everyday life. I know that leaving your pet with someone is a big deal, and I treat every pet like one of my own: lots of cuddles & attention, consistent routines, and clear updates, so you never have to wonder how they're doing. I have such a passion for doing this because when I’ve had to leave my fur babies it was really hard. I’m hoping to put you at ease knowing your fur baby is receiving love and attention while you are gone 💙💜 I currently work full time but my position is one that I get to work from home. So I am available anytime to watch the animal or walk them. My dogs and bunny would stay upstairs and there is a whole living area on the second floor. There is a gate on the stairs separating the living areas (due to my dog having bad hips). Your pet gets a fenced yard / daily walks and outdoor time, regular meals on your schedule, fresh water, and plenty of attention and play. I'm comfortable giving medications and following special diets or recovery instructions, and I'll send photo or video updates during every stay. Dogs sleep inside with us. We can do a meet-and-greet first so your pet can get comfortable with me.

About: I grew up with and love dogs and would frequently sit for family and friends. I currently have four kitties at home so I’m happy to look after any fur babies you have :) I’m currently in between jobs before moving states so I have full availability. I’m extremely flexible and am more than happy to make time for your animals. My kitties are still getting used to each other so at time things can get tense but making sure everyone has plenty of love and attention and play time is the main goal in the house. I’m happy to do whatever it is that makes your pet most comfortable while you’re gone.

About: Hello I’m Griffin, I moved to Eugene last September to accept a job with a local nonprofit. I absolutely love dogs, to the point where my entire social media algorithm just presents me with puppy videos (all dogs are puppies to me.) I grew up with dogs, specifically Labradors, Cairn terriers and a Yorkie. When I was in Peace Corps in Ukraine, I had adopted a street dog and named him Dantinos. Sadly due to pandemic I was unable to bring my buddy back. There’s a big dog shaped hole in my heart. So, I decided to give this a try. My nonprofit job, while rewarding and interesting, isn’t cutting it for the cost of living today. I work full time but have remote work flexibility and live within a few minutes walking distance from my place of work- so whether it’s boarding or drop-ins, or walks, there’s a great opportunity to make it work. I would love to meet and pet and give your puppy some scratches if you’ll have me. I’ve got 35 years experience because I’ve grown with dogs all my life; and while I am not able to care for my own right now, taking a stroll with your puppy might be a win win win situation. I work full time, but have remote work flexibility and given a day or two in advance could likely block off some time to visit or walk a pet. Especially after lunch, when scheduled meetings are less frequent. When it comes to boarding- my work is literally a 5-8 min walk from my apartment- so even if I need to be in the office, coming back for potty breaks are not a problem. Fridays are generally half days, giving a little more flexibility I care for dogs by giving them love and affection when they want it. I’ve got a weakness for giving a dog treats with those pleading eyes, but I promise that I would never feed another persons dog anything not allowed, and certainly know to avoid over feeding. Eugene is a beautiful place and I think it would be a pleasure to take a stroll with your dog.

About: I'm a lover of all pets, young and old, big and small. I grew up on a farm in New Jersey around horses and a variety of other animals. I’ve got experience with it all! For dogs specifically, I like to do walks, hikes, swimming, even to a play day at the park. I’ve also administered medication to dogs of all ages and sizes. My Schedule is flexible so I can be available for your pup as long as needed and they get the care and attention they need when they are in an unfamiliar environment.
