About: What sets me apart as a sitter is how attentive and patient I am with animals. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m very reliable, detail-oriented, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m especially gentle with nervous or shy pets and make sure they get plenty of reassurance, exercise, and affection at their own pace. I’m comfortable following specific feeding schedules, administering basic care as instructed, and keeping owners updated with messages and photos so they have peace of mind. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, cared for, and loved in a calm, positive environment. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I attend college on Mondays and Wednesdays, am mostly home and available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and available Fridays until the evening. I work short weekend shifts but remain flexible for pet care before and after work. I live in an apartment with two cats and maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment. I carefully follow feeding, exercise, and medication instructions, give pets plenty of attention, and adjust care based on their comfort level. About: Your pet will be SO loved. Im very in tune with meeting animals where they are at energetically and socially and have so much fun getting to know their unique personalities. I work mostly from home Monday thru Friday. I usually need to go in person an average of about 3 to 4 hours daily between the hours of 12pm-5pm but can still pop in for additional checks and care during that time. I love going for walks, hikes, and the dog park and your bestie can ride in my car. And besides that my nights and weekend are completely free! I have a cozy 1 bedroom apartment and no pets. My space works best for small to medium dogs, but I can (and would LOVE) to host larger dogs if they’re more compact in size (like bulldogs). I am home a lot with remote work or can work from your home! There are 2 dog parks near me- one is 5 minute and the other is 3 minute drive or about a 10 minute walk uphill. I would definitely be available in person to give your pets company and love for most of the day and all night.

Oreo the kitty is usually very mean to strangers but she ran up to Jules and sniffed her politely (very shocking for my cat - Jules must be a cat whisperer). About: I grew up with family pets and my husband and I lost our beloved lab at the age of 13, about 2 years ago. I have additional experience with visually impaired dogs and senior dogs. I think this is a great way to fill my heart and help others. I work at a local hospital but am available before and after work for walks and checking in. I am off on the weekends and very flexible. About: At this point in my life, I have cared for almost any domestic, exotic or farm animal that one can run into! Time spent working with snakes and spiders in a reptile shop, working on farms with cattle, goats and chickens, and caring for everyones furry companions like cats, dogs and rodents in homes has left me feeling well prepared to handle whatever critters come our way. My remaining pet is Sharkbait, a 9 year old heeler mix, who has been the everywhere and everything dog with me for the last 8+ years. She has met all of the above animals in her time and is the ultimate friend to all. As a retired service animal, she is kind and intuitive while responding calmly to reactive animals she meets. This makes her the perfect travel companion and buddy for all your babies and she will always be with me on sitting and walking jobs as she and I like to stay very active, walking anywhere from 2-6 miles daily together. Lets chat about your animals specific needs and background! Being active is a huge part of my day and I love making sure your animals are included in that! Walks to the park and jogs around the block are my favorite way to keep your pets focus while expending that pent up energy. For homebody pets I love a good puzzle or snuffle toy to keep their minds working in their safe space. Meet and greets together as a family are priority so that when you're out of town or at work, your pet(s) can trust Sharkbait and I are there to support them. Colette was great. Since this was her vist time watching Pippa, she made time for a meet and greet the day before. Pippa warmed up to her right away. Colette arrived on time and Pippa was happy to see her again. We were sent pictures and notes during the sitting that were reassuring. Colette followed all our instructions and we will call on her again.
Caitlin was a wonderful sitter! She was able to care for our two cats last-minute, and I truly appreciated the way she gave our Chloe girl play and pets. She successfully found our scaredy-boy Oatis hiding under a bed so we were assured he was doing just fine. Water, food and litter boxes were all refreshed daily. And she handled our sticky front door! I would love to book Caitlin the next time we go on vacation. She gave us peace of mind and beautiful pictures.
Stone has been visiting with our 3 cats for about a year now. I trust them more than any sitter I've known. It's clear they truly enjoy their work, and I feel as though when I am away, the boys are happy to have a trusted friend to spend time with. When I come home, the boys are happy but not frantic to see me. And for a few days after, if they hear someone at the door, they are expectant rather than worried. I feel very fortunate to have Stone in our lives.
Ava took great care of my cats! Her updates were great and I felt like she genuinely enjoyed spending the time with them. My friendly cat really took to her, more than I’ve seen him do with any friends or sitters, and my shy cat even came around a bit too. Ava was awesome all around and I would highly recommend her!
