“Erica was able to take care of my dog when I was out of town for the day last minute. She was very professional and kind. Knowing she was able to spend some time with my dog put my mind at ease while I was out of town! ”

“Erin was absolutely incredible! She took the time to write fun, thoughtful summaries of each visit and always included plenty of photos. It was such a relief coming home after a long, stressful day of travel to full food and water bowls and clean, freshly tended litter boxes. Since we’re new to the area, we’ve been dabbling in different cat sitters, and we feel so lucky to have finally found the perfect fit. Your pets will be in great hands with Erin!”

“I was very grateful that Sarah could take on a new client at the last minute. She took great care of my grumpy old lady cat, and help make sure that she got her medication. It was wonderful to be able to go somewhere for a few days and not worry about my pet.”

“Hayden has dropped in twice for my nervous kitties. Each time she has been so sweet with them. She even kindly cleaned up after an accident outside the litter box. Thanks Hayden!”

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is how attentive and patient I am with animals. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m very reliable, detail-oriented, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m especially gentle with nervous or shy pets and make sure they get plenty of reassurance, exercise, and affection at their own pace. I’m comfortable following specific feeding schedules, administering basic care as instructed, and keeping owners updated with messages and photos so they have peace of mind. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, cared for, and loved in a calm, positive environment. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I attend college on Mondays and Wednesdays, am mostly home and available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and available Fridays until the evening. I work short weekend shifts but remain flexible for pet care before and after work. I live in an apartment with two cats and maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment. I carefully follow feeding, exercise, and medication instructions, give pets plenty of attention, and adjust care based on their comfort level. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routines, keep spaces tidy, and provide updates so owners feel confident their pets are well cared for.
“Skyla was phenomenal! Her accessibility and responsiveness was outstanding from the meet and greet to our arrival home. She was incredibly reassuring and really loving to our kitties. I could tell, not just from her adoring reports, but by how relaxed the kitties were when we got back (they obviously met their cuddle quota in our absence) Very willing to do all the extras our special needs kitty needs and the rover cards with pics made us so happy and comfortable. Thank you so much, Skyla! Blaze and Flash can’t wait til next time 😻😻”

“Emily's cat-sitting services exceeded my expectations. At the meet and greet she asked for vet info in case of an emergency and asked about my cat's health so she could monitor for any issues. She was extremely warm, kind, and compassionate. She deeply cared for my cat and texted while she was here to let me know how the check-in was going and ask questions. We are thrilled to recommend Emily to others and looking forward to having her as our long-term sitter. Thank you Emily for your impeccable service and care!”

“Kezia was the best Rover we’ve ever had! Took great pictures and left in depth blurbs about what our cats were up to. We really appreciated all the attention she gave.”

“Sonia did a great job making sure my cat had food and water at her usual times! My cat is very shy and likes to hide. Sonia made sure Phyllis was OK by taking pictures of Phyllis in her favorite spot. Gave me peace of mind that my cat was healthy and doing fine while I was away.”

“We are so thankful for Adam's help with our two dogs while we were out of town! Our younger dog has a lot of energy and Adam made sure to play with him for a couple of hours each day to tire him out. He sent regular photo updates and was willing to meet the pups ahead of time to ensure a good fit. We will be using Adam again in the future. Thank you!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life - my parents were AKC breeders who trained hunting dogs! As an adult I’m more the “dogs are my babies” vibe, and now I have a sweet 1-year-old poodle/schnauzer mix who LOVES other dogs. I work remotely and live walking distance to an off leash dog park, where your pup can run wild and get the energy out. Or, we take at least 2-3 walks a day. Our yard is fenced with plenty of trees for shade, and we have a large contained deck for the sunbathers. My sweet baby Moxie was 15 when he passed, and I am well versed in senior dog care. If your babe needs medicine or special accommodations (like carrying down stairs help into their beds) I’m happy to help. I work remotely and take at least 2-3 dog walks per day with my pup. Yours is welcome to join! We also occasionally pop by the nearby dog park. In between pups can look out the windows or hang on the deck, chew bones or play with toys. Or hey, napping is fine too! I have a fenced yard with plenty of shade (and birds to watch!) plus lots of indoor space for your pup to rest or play along with my busy lady.
“Very happy with Mari's care. Great communication with messages, photos, GPS tracking walks. So pleased Mari was experienced with Reactivity and it was such a treat for TJ to get 2 big neighborhood walks over that weekend. Really appreciated conversations about leash walking and sharing tips. TJ was calm and happy when I returned. Would definitely want to book with Mari/Steve again in future.”

“Caitlin goes beyond expectations. This is the 2nd time I hire her to check in on my cat and I'm very happy with her professionalism. Her visit photos and notes are lovely and they give me peace of mind that my cat is doing well.”

About: I am lucky enough to have lived every single day of my life with pets of some variety–dogs, cats, hamsters, and betta fish, primarily. Some were family pets, but most have been my own. I was seven years old when my parents allowed me my first pet of my very own (Fluffernutter, a brown-and-white banded Syrian hamster), and I still remember spending months poring over library books and researching everything I could about hamster care before bringing her home. Currently, I have one cat (Sushi, light of my life), but she’s only an only child because I don’t yet have the financial means to be the maniacal menagerist of my dreams. Meeting and loving and taking care of animals has always been the brightest part of my life; I genuinely cannot imagine a life without them, and I hope I never have to. Although this is my first time formally offering pet-sitting services, I’ve been caring for others’ pets for years, starting around age twelve. I’ve pet-sat for friends and neighbors, taking care of their dogs, cats, horses, and fish. My responsibilities have included everything from feeding and administering medication (when needed) to walks, cleanup, and making sure each pet gets plenty of attention and companionship. While most of my experience is with dogs, cats, horses, and fish, I love animals of all kinds and would be happy to care for most any critter. I spent approximately a year as a Pet Care Specialist at PetSmart, where my primary responsibilities included caring for the store’s fish and reptiles. It was a job I absolutely loved, and I still miss all of the little critters I looked after. I’ve also had a few hamsters over the years, and a close friend of mine had mice, rats, and snakes, all of which I spent a fair amount of time interacting with. Even when I don’t have experience with a specific animal, I always take the time to research their needs and follow all care instructions closely to ensure they’re well looked-after. When it comes to reptiles, I’m comfortable with general care, though I’m not able to provide feeder animals larger than insects. When it comes to dogs specifically, I have the most experience with medium and large pups and am comfortable caring for dogs of most sizes. However, I am not able to sit for any giant breeds. While I love them dearly (and have spent a great deal of time around Newfoundlands in particular), I want to ensure I can safely and confidently handle any situation that may arise. One of my favorite parts of pet-sitting is getting to know each animal as an individual. Every pet has their own personality, preferences, and quirks, and I make it a priority to learn those so I can care for them beyond just the basics. Whether it’s discovering their favorite toy, their ideal walking pace, their go-to nap spot, or how they like to be social (full cuddle mode or quiet companionship), I want your pet to feel understood and comfortable. I also have experience caring for shy and anxious pets. I understand that building trust can take time, patience, and consistency, and I’m more than happy to meet animals at their pace. Even confident pets can feel unsettled when their person is away, so creating a calm, safe, and reassuring environment is always a top priority for me. Above all, I treat every pet in my care the way I treat my own—with attentiveness, respect, and a lot of love. My goal is not just to meet your pet’s physical needs, but to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I know how important that peace of mind is, and I’d love to provide that for you. A quick snapshot of my care style: • Experienced with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, fish, and small pets • Patient and gentle with shy or anxious pets • Take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and preferences • Attentive, detail-oriented, and happy to follow specific routines and care instructions • Always willing to learn and provide thoughtful care for new types of pets • Not able to sit for giant dog breeds • For reptiles, comfortable with general care but unable to provide feeder animals larger than insects Pet care is currently my primary focus, so I’m able to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m available most days of the week, with the exception of Wednesdays before 10:30am, and I’m always happy to work with your pet’s specific schedule and routine. Whether I’m house-sitting or just stopping by to check on your fur babies, my primary focus is keeping your pets’ routine as consistent as possible to help reduce stress. I follow all care instructions closely, monitor pets for any changes in behavior or health, and ensure their environment remains clean and safe. I’m always conscious and respectful of your home, treating it with the same care and consideration I would my own, and ensuring it’s securely locked when I come and go.
“Ari did awesome during drop ins and was able to successfully build strong rapport with our cat leading up to their house sitting appointments! Our cat (and dog) have a new best friend and we are so grateful for Ari. 10/10 recommend.”

About: I provide reliable, structured, and genuinely attentive care — not just “watching” your dog, but actively engaging with them to keep them happy, calm, and fulfilled while you’re away. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, including large breeds and high-energy pups, and I tailor care based on each dog’s personality and needs. Whether that means long walks, structured play, mental stimulation, or just a calm presence for anxious dogs, I adjust to what helps them feel safest. I have experience reinforcing basic training (sit, stay, and cool tricks), and maintaining routines. I’m especially patient with puppies who are still learning and senior dogs who may need a slower pace and extra attention. What sets me apart is communication and consistency — you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and honest check-ins so you always know how your dog is doing. If you want picture or messaged every 5 minutes I can do that! I treat every dog like they’re my own, with safety, structure, and affection as my top priorities. I work remotely so I can work from anywhere, anytime. My job is also very flexible so I can always give your pet the attention they need at any time. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I keep a clean, organized, and pet-safe environment free of hazards, and I closely supervise all pets. I never leave dogs unattended in situations that could put them at risk, and I follow each owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding schedules, medications, crate use, and routines. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect your space and maintain your dog’s normal routine to reduce stress. I ensure doors and gates are securely closed, use leashes on walks at all times, and remain alert to surroundings for safety. Communication is key — I provide regular updates and photos so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is to give you peace of mind and give your pet a safe, positive experience every time.

5 star stay as always! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love Skyla, and our kitties love her too. We always have peace of mind knowing they’re in such great hands while we’re away. She has done drop ins for us multiple times, and every experience has been amazing. We’re so grateful to have found her! 🐈🐈⬛

Amy is absolutely wonderful! She took thorough notes during our meet and greet and was very caring, attentive, and thorough. She took great care of my anxious kitty. I will definitely rebook her again in the future and am happy to recommend her to other Rover clients. Thank you Amy!

Colette was great. Since this was her vist time watching Pippa, she made time for a meet and greet the day before. Pippa warmed up to her right away. Colette arrived on time and Pippa was happy to see her again. We were sent pictures and notes during the sitting that were reassuring. Colette followed all our instructions and we will call on her again.

Caitlin was a wonderful sitter! She was able to care for our two cats last-minute, and I truly appreciated the way she gave our Chloe girl play and pets. She successfully found our scaredy-boy Oatis hiding under a bed so we were assured he was doing just fine. Water, food and litter boxes were all refreshed daily. And she handled our sticky front door! I would love to book Caitlin the next time we go on vacation. She gave us peace of mind and beautiful pictures.

Stone has been visiting with our 3 cats for about a year now. I trust them more than any sitter I've known. It's clear they truly enjoy their work, and I feel as though when I am away, the boys are happy to have a trusted friend to spend time with. When I come home, the boys are happy but not frantic to see me. And for a few days after, if they hear someone at the door, they are expectant rather than worried. I feel very fortunate to have Stone in our lives.
Ava took great care of my cats! Her updates were great and I felt like she genuinely enjoyed spending the time with them. My friendly cat really took to her, more than I’ve seen him do with any friends or sitters, and my shy cat even came around a bit too. Ava was awesome all around and I would highly recommend her!
