They have an excellent set-up for a fun, safe "day camp" for dogs with different natures - active, chill, aloof, garrulous! Our little tugger is a playing machine, and initially presents as intense, so I wasn't sure if he'd fit in. Before taking us on, Jen and Josh met with us in person at their location, and on day 1, I felt that they were observing him carefully, based on Jen's updates. When visit #2 rolled around, as soon as we got to the front entrance where Jen was waiting, I became non-existent and the tugger embarked on a great day! I'm truly grateful to have found this setting- the tugger benefits greatly from the socializing and activity, and it happens in a secure place with attentive and caring humans!”

About: I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). I am comfortable with most farm animals as well. My rates are based off of pets that need that extra care/ medications etc. Depending on their needs (or ease of care) my rates can be flexible! Just ask and we can discuss your/your pets needs to figure it out I am available for walks or drop ins most days but for boarding (my house or yours), I am available Wednesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend. Because I can work from home your animals don’t have to be lonely while you’re away! I am active, healthy and smoke free. I love walking dogs, running them at the park, playing chase or tug a war or whatever shenanigans your pet loves. I’ve raised goats, chickens and pigs and have some experience with cows and horses. About: Hello I’m Griffin, I moved to Eugene last September to accept a job with a local nonprofit. I absolutely love dogs, to the point where my entire social media algorithm just presents me with puppy videos (all dogs are puppies to me.) I grew up with dogs, specifically Labradors, Cairn terriers and a Yorkie. When I was in Peace Corps in Ukraine, I had adopted a street dog and named him Dantinos. Sadly due to pandemic I was unable to bring my buddy back. There’s a big dog shaped hole in my heart. So, I decided to give this a try. My nonprofit job, while rewarding and interesting, isn’t cutting it for the cost of living today. I work full time but have remote work flexibility and live within a few minutes walking distance from my place of work- so whether it’s boarding or drop-ins, or walks, there’s a great opportunity to make it work. I would love to meet and pet and give your puppy some scratches if you’ll have me. I’ve got 35 years experience because I’ve grown with dogs all my life; and while I am not able to care for my own right now, taking a stroll with your puppy might be a win win win situation. I work full time, but have remote work flexibility and given a day or two in advance could likely block off some time to visit or walk a pet. Especially after lunch, when scheduled meetings are less frequent. When it comes to boarding- my work is literally a 5-8 min walk from my apartment- so even if I need to be in the office, coming back for potty breaks are not a problem. Fridays are generally half days, giving a little more flexibility I care for dogs by giving them love and affection when they want it. I’ve got a weakness for giving a dog treats with those pleading eyes, but I promise that I would never feed another persons dog anything not allowed, and certainly know to avoid over feeding. Eugene is a beautiful place and I think it would be a pleasure to take a stroll with your dog.

About: I have a cocker spaniel back home, whom I walked daily. During the winter I walked my neighbors dog 5 times a week for 45 minutes after school. I work from home managing social media for a local bakery in Portland, I make my own schedule. I also have practice from 6:25-8:25 daily. My dog used to bark at other dogs on walks, using a reward system I’ve trained her to stop and wait quietly when dogs pass.

About: As an animal lover for my entire life, and with this being the first time not owning a pet, I look forward to being able to share my love for animals with you and your beloved pet!! I grew up with one Boston Terrier, and then later two Bostons, in my home and was constantly surrounded by the dogs of extended family members, close friends, and neighbors. Because of this I have experience with many dog breeds and many personalities and ages! I have 17 plus years experience caring for the well loved pets of others and understanding the spoken and unspoken needs of dogs! I have a very calm demeanor and, more than simply walking and feeding, love to spend time playing and getting to know your pets individual personalities! Quality care and safety of your pet is of the utmost importance for me and I will do everything in my power to ensure that your family member has the best stay-cation possible! :) I'm a student and work! I am home often, and more or less make my own schedule so can often shift things and fit my schedule around the needs of you/your pet! I live in a third floor walk up, with a balcony. Dogs always have supervised balcony time (or can be not let on to the balcony if there are concerns!). I am always attentive of your pet, and any shifts in behavior that seem strange will be monitored and reported to you if necessary! I am always mindful of how other dogs are interacting with others and of the environment in order to ensure your pet is safe, and you are stress and worry free, during their stay!
