About: Most of my experience was from growing up with my cockapoo Casey. He made me realize how much I enjoyed the company of dogs, and it made me more than happy to help family and friends with looking after their own pets when they would be away. I always want to make sure they're kept loved and appreciated and would do my best to make it feel like their routine is the same as it always is. Since I currently have a part-time job from home, I have the flexibility to take care of pets during the day for any food or potty breaks, as well as availability during the afternoon and evening to give dogs the love and attention they need. I live in a home without a fence, however we live in a neighborhood that makes for easy walking. There is also space indoors for dogs to run around and play with toys, which my previous cockapoo would do all the time.

“Ever since bringing home our high-energy working dog, we have really limited traveling, as kennels and day cares do not work for us. McKenzie is truly amazing! This is the first vacation where we were completely relaxed and felt at ease about leaving both of our dogs. McKenzie did send daily updates, was responsive, sent pictures/videos and handled medications. She was able to handle both my high energy 100 lb dog and my senior dog’s needs, as well. I am so very grateful for this experience and for being able to completely enjoy a trip for the first time in 3 years.”

About: My family has raised dogs since I was young. With the last two dogs (and especially our newest), I've been responsible for at-home training (house-training, walking, commands) and taking care of their needs. In general, I have 3.5 hour night classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and a 2 hour class Friday morning. Otherwise, my schedule is pretty open. I would love to chat about any further needs of your dog. Dogs can be pretty different from each other, so how I interact with your dog will depend on their needs and yours. As a general rule, I'm pretty affectionate with dogs but can be more distant if you or your dog prefer that.

She arranged a meet and greet the same day we reached out and started the booking the very next day. About: Hey there! As a dog mom, I have a long history of taking care of my own fluffy beasts and pets, starting from a young age. It was my aspiration to become a veterinarian. I began taking care of my families dogs when they became busy. I have experience dealing with sick animals, specifically those prone to seizures, administering medications, injections, and comforting them. I also have experience training lovely, energetic puppies. If you have any questions, please reach out to me! I currently work part-time as a photographer, so my schedule can change depending on that. I'm always open to mornings and lunch times, but please check my current schedule for a more detailed description.
