“Sydney is awesome. She loves our dogs…and our dogs love her. She gave them all the attention and play time they could handle and were kept on a schedule that they were used to. She is awesome and our boys can’t wait to have her pup sit them again!”

“Aimee did a great job taking good care of our puppy! She is very kind and passionate. She played very well with our puppy, brought him to potty, prepared food and water for him. Our puppy had a lot of fun.”

About: I am a lifelong dog parent, with over 40 years experience with many different breeds; ranging from Terriers to Labs, Shepherds, Huskys, Bully Breeds, Hounds, Herding dogs, Sporting and Working breeds, Toy groups, and many mixed breeds. I have spent decades frequenting the lake county dog parks; studying their behaviors and interactions with other dogs and with people. I have a very laid back and easy-going approach that I have had great success with in relating to and connecting with dogs and their pet parents. I am very tuned in to their body language, and very adept at reading their emotions. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in yard with a cabin like interior that is very welcoming to dogs. I offer both a fun and safe environment for my pet guests, and will treat them like family. I have lake access with a private beach if your dog(s) like to swim. I frequent the lake county dog parks and would love to take your dog(s) along if that is something you are comfortable with. I am very flexible - and typically available 7 days per week. I am available nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideally allow for two days advance notice. Safety is my top priority. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in lot, and a very warm and comfortable dog friendly home, that was once a summer cottage close to Round Lake. I am on a quiet dead end road which is very safe for walks, as well as freedom to roam the yard. My goal is to customize my services to meet your dogs needs, whatever they may be. I will treat your pets as I do my own- like family- lots of fun, exercise and plenty of TLC.
“We’re so excited to have found Kat. She went above and beyond to make sure the fur babies were taken care of. We appreciate the consistent updates and never felt like we had to worry because she kept us in the loop! She’s 10/10 and will be rebooking again!”

“Jillian is a professional! She is great with communicating updates and pictures. I trust her 100%. It is comforting to know Summer is in good hands when I travel.”

“Ashlee was wonderful with my senior pup who needed a LOT of extra care. She ensured that I, the worried mom, got tons of photos and updates throughout my time away. She really put me at ease and handled the many needs of my older sick pup with great care, kindness, and professionalism. She stayed at my home with my pup and left the house in great shape. We will certainly be asking her to watch our dog again in the future.”

“Our original sitter canceled the day before our trip, and we were so relieved that Brittany was available last minute. She arranged a meet and greet the same day we reached out and started the booking the very next day. She took amazing care of our two dogs and two cats while we were away for three days and sent regular updates. We’re so grateful and will definitely book with her again!”

“Hiwi is the best! She kept us up to date with how our 2 very needy dogs and cat were doing through out the day. She is very loving and a great communicator. Would use her again in a heartbeat!”

“Danya was fantastic. She stayed at our house for 2 nights. The dogs were happy and well cared for, the house was perfect and she even washed my sheets! Highly recommend and we will have her over again!”

“Lauren did an amazing job watching our two dogs. She communicated well, responded fast and followed our directions. She sent daily pictures and I could tell the dogs were well looked after. It’s easy to see she is great with animals! We will definitely use her in the future.”

“EXCELLENT! that’s the one word I’d use to recommend Mel! She is incredibly responsible and followed every instruction I gave her to the T. When my sick dog had an accident, she cleaned up immediately and administered her regular medications exactly as instructed. My fussy, pampered dogs were fed precisely the way I wanted, without compromise. Mel went above and beyond with endless kisses, hugs, and belly rubs, so much so that my dogs were reluctant to leave the true 5-star treatment they received. Our furry babies may not speak, but they always let us know when they’ve been genuinely loved and cared for in our absence. And yes, they definitely “told” me they want to be with Mel again! If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

About: I have been pet sitting for over 4 years. I have watched dogs, cats, even chickens! I love the energy and playfulness of puppies, and am context to sit on the floor with the older dogs that just can't make it up on the couch anymore. * Capable of lifting/carrying large dogs up and down stairs if needed. * Will maintain any training habits or routines being worked on with newer/younger dog if requested. I have a flexible hybrid work schedule and can adjust to accommodate petsitting requirements. I will follow any instructions provided by the owners, ensuring that pets are fed, walked, and cared for accordingly. If there are any questions I have, I will ask. Likewise, if there are any questions you have, feel free to ask me. I ensure that every house I stay in is kept clean, and ready for your return as you left it.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats previously. One little chihuahua back and a cat back when I lived with my parents and recently took care of a big dog back in Washington as well as another cat on my own recently. I'm good with animals, understand when they need to be fed and how much attention they need to keep them happy. I keep a clean apartment and have good space for them to move around. I prefer to be called in advance but am willing to take pets on the same day. If they are dropped during weekdays, I get off at 4pm usually. I like to give a consistent schedule for feeding. I give many walks for any dogs I'm watching. I have two towers for cats. There's a lot of room in the apartment complex to walk dogs and a park close by. I have two cats, so I would prefer to take care of dogs/cats that are known to get along with others.

Wildwood pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kaylinn was a great sitter for our pets! I panicked when I realized that we had forgotten to get a pet sitter just a few days prior to our trip. I reached out to Kaylinn and she communicated quickly that she was available and interested, which was a huge relief! She even made the time to come over for a quick meet-and-greet the day before we left, which we appreciated! She communicated and sent us pictures multiple times while we were gone and it was clear that our pets were in good hands with her! We will definitely book Kaylinn again in the future!
