About: I've had dogs all my life. Jack Russel Beagle, German Shepherd & Beagles. I understand shy and more active, hyper dogs. Happy to help out as I have often needed help along the way. I'm currently working full time, but have time after work and weekends. I'm open to different scenarios or last minute requests as needed within this area. This last August our family said goodbye to our sweet angel, Marley. I now have a little family of my own, and my son is eager to have a furry friend around. I have had pets with disabilities, very old, and I have given them medicine orally, and topically and changed the bandages, as well as fed with my palm for very old and blind ones. About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

“Thanks to Rusty, I was at ease traveling for a few days with the dogs in his care. Rusty has a dog-friendly space indoors and out and was attentive to the dogs’ individual personality traits and needs. This was the first time I’ve left them with a sitter and both dogs responded well and appeared comfortable. It’s a huge relief to know that Rusty is available to care for my dogs if I need to be away.”
“Gage was an awesome sitter during our two week stay in California. I was a bit nervous to leave Kannon for two weeks, but leaving him with Gage put my mind at ease. Gage was flexible with pick- up and drop-off times, making the experience much easier for me. He sent messages and pictures daily without me asking , which I appreciate. I have used several sitters and Gage is the best by far!
