“Deidre was fantastic! Will definitely use again when we’re in town next! At drop off, my dogs were comfortable with her right away and at pick up my dogs came home tired and happy! Thank you!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in my 20s. I’ve also taken care of senior dogs, so I know how to handle their special care. I’m very experienced in feeding and grooming, and I love the companionship it brings to a family! I am a stay at home mom, and my husband works from home, so there’s always someone there to watch and play with your fur baby! We always have lots of time for walking and playing throughout the day. I have an extremely safe neighborhood with a little park about a 3 minute walk away, two kids that love playing with dogs, (15 and 8) and an extremely friendly mini goldendoodle!
“Megan is friendly, very good with observations and feedback, shares photos and updates throughout the day. Her home is very dog friendly, clean, and safe. Seeing her post on Rover and after our first visit to meet our dogs, it was easy to trust her with our two dogs. They were immediately happy and calm at her home.”

About: Dog boarding at The Mutt House in Mundelein! We just celebrated our 12 YEAR ANNIVERSARY here at The Mutt House ! It has been a wonderful adventure and I continue to enjoy meeting new families and their furry family members. This is my passion and my focus- this is not just a side job to me- I take it very seriously and your dogs safety and comfort is my priority. They become part of the family while staying with us. The Mutt House is the perfect vacation destination for the (ALREADY) WELL-SOCIALIZED dog while you are enjoying your vacation with peace of mind. ( See note on which breeds I can not accept).. ( Please include PICTURE OF YOUR PUP with request) —————————— Your dog will enjoy a safe, large fenced in yard and plenty of room to roam around our smoke-free home. They are also welcome to lounge on the couch or wherever they are comfortable. We also take a lot of potty breaks and enjoy the outdoors when weather allows. I will send daily pictures and updates directly to your phone, so that you will have peace of mind while away! A few other things to note: 1) Dogs must be spayed/neutered to stay here. 2) Re: DOGS I CAN NOT BOARD: - I can not board dogs with anxiety issues or dogs that are not already socialized with other dogs. - I can not board Huskies, Pits or Pit Mixes, Guarding Breeds, Extreme High Energy Breeds (Australian Shepherd, Boarder Collie) 3) **Please no late drop offs. It takes a while for the dogs to adjust to each other and most settle down for the night by 8:00...so ideally before 5pm is appreciated...We can discuss at our meet and greet. 4) If you live within 10 miles of Mundelein, I am happy to pick up and drop off your dog for you. (Fee depends on distance ) I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you for your consideration. *********************************************** About my yard: Spacious fenced-in yard (see pictures). The fence is 6” tall and is routinely examined for safety. My experience administering medication: I am able to administer oral medications and injections. I am home all day- if anything, I may run out to the store or to pickup/drop off my children nearby. My focus is to be home for your dog. We have a safe yard in which I keep the gate locked at all times. We also have an extra “catch” gate going out to the garage so dogs can’t sneak out.
“Elisa is the sweetest most thoughtful sitter! She provided a safe and loving home for my little dog and sent me the cutest pictures regularly throughout the day. She is the absolute best if you are looking for a deeply kind and gentle soul to create a safe place for your little one. Yay Elisa! ( and her sweet dog Fiona)”

“My dog loves Kelli and her dogs! Kelli takes great care of him like her own pet. She updates me well and sends lots of fun pictures and videos. I know my puppy is in great hands!”

“Just pleasant. I kind of immediately knew I would trust her. And I did. And I picked up a happy dog! I'm also very happy that her and my dog get along very well, which is an extra plus :-). What else can I ask for? 😁”
About: I have had dogs my entire life and love them so much! I have experience with puppies as well as our senior friends. Walks and playtime are my specialty! I work at home and am able to take great care of your pup. I have a yard and am close to a park for plenty of outside time. I can adjust to the routine your dog is used to. I am very flexible. I take one client at a time so my whole focus will be on your dog. Just let me know your needs.
About: My fiancé and I got a little Aussie when he was 8 weeks old. Got him potty trained, crate trained, and doing all the tricks in the book by the time he was 3 months old. Our puppy is now almost 5 years old and would love to have a play buddy. I currently work from home and take care of my Aussie. He is very energetic and loves to play fetch. We have a fenced in back yard with enough room for the dogs to run around and play! Safety is my number one priority when it comes to watching dogs. Since I have a dog that loves to explore, I make sure the environment is safe for him. I have plenty of dog toys and treats to keep them entertained throughout the day.
“Rusty has a wonderful, gentle way with dogs. Mine is an anxious, large 8 month old puppy. She warmed up to him right away and ran around in the large gated backyard, along with going to walks. I will definitely book with Rusty again and recommend him to everyone.”

“Juliana was a blessing for us and Molly our Labrador Retriever. While attending an out of town birthday party I needed a few hours of daycare for Molly. I originally thought a nearby PetSmart would be the answer however after viewing their confined and noisy facility I knew Molly would not be comfortable there. Juliana was close by, and on short notice, available to care for Molly. While I was at the party Juliana sent me some photos and videos of Molly happily playing at a nearby dog park so I knew all was going well and not to worry about her. Molly and I would definitely recommend Juliana if you're in need of a sitter for your dog.”
