This was our first time using Rover and we could not have been more lucky to find Hailey! Hailey is very responsive, provided clear communication, and many awesome updates, including pictures and videos, while we were out of town. Our dog is 13 with many health issues so we are very hesitant to leave him with anyone other than family, but as soon as we met Hailey there was an immediate sense of comfort and relief knowing he was going to be in great hands in the comfort of his own home. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience and we will definitely be using Hailey's services in the future!

I don’t even want to post this review as I don’t want Hailey to be all booked up when I need her, but she’s awesome. My dogs loved her. She’s so good with them, gets all the details of what they need right and really cares about them. If you book with her, you will not be disappointed. You’ll also get lots of videos and photos so you can see how happy they are!!

Hailey was amazing! I can’t say enough good things! She knew how to calm our dog Koda down and went above and beyond in getting to know him and following our instructions for him as well. Very communicative through pictures and how the day was going. She will was very accommodating with our schedules and such a pleasure to talk to! I will definitely be using Hailey again for our dog-sitting needs in the future!

Hailey was able to accommodate my schedule last minute to walk our dogs, Parker and Grace.. We will definately be reaching out to her in the future..

We thought WE were cat whisperers until Hailey took care of our two Siberians over a ten day vacation... also staying overnight at our home. From day one to our return Hailey communicated with us consistently, providing updates videos and photos. We came home to two happy, healthy kitties. Would highly recommend her to anyone as long as they don't conflict with our vacations! LOL

Hailey took wonderful care of our two dogs last weekend. They can sometimes be a handful and don’t always get always get along well, but she took everything in stride and kept them both safe, happy, and entertained. I had absolutely no qualms about leaving her with our pups; it was obvious from the moment I met her that she was both knowledgeable and caring and I was right—this may be a job for her, but it’s also a calling. She sent us updates and pictures every day, and we came home to an immaculate house and two happy and tired dogs. Thanks again!
