About: I’ve loved dogs ever since I was a child and I finally convinced my parents to rescue one a few years ago! I’ve been the sole caretaker of him since he joined our family and I’ve taken him through the process of crate training, basic commands, recall and potty training! My dog Mav is my best friend and my pride and joy so I would love to take care of yours just the same! I’m currently home from college in Boston and am looking for some part time dog walking and care. I am available all day on most weekdays and I am available on weekends at any time. I have a fenced yard with one dog that sleeps in an outside house. I am also used to crating dogs so I can fit the needs of your household!

I work full time, but many evenings are free for drop-ins or a walk/play time!* I have taken care of animals beginning with my parents' help when I was 8 years old. I helped care for neighbors and friends' pets while on vacation and often volunteered to exercise my furry friends or grab a canine snuggle after school. I have helped assist in the training process for puppies and given medications to all ages of dogs. I love all breeds and have experience will many sized dogs. Most notable breeds - Yorkshire Terrier, Dachshund, Pomeranian, Schnauzer, Beagle, Bulldog, various Poodle mixes, Labrador, Golden Retriever, Australian Shepherd, Dalmatian, Boxer, Norwegian Elkhound, Greyhound, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Newfoundland, Great Dane, Mastiff and many mix breed love bugs. I have experience caring for all kinds of cats, from social and friendly to shy and sassy. I have had several fancy bear hamsters of my own and would love to help with your favorite rodent or hedgehog. I grew up caring for fresh and brackish water fish and understand the basic care of water and amphibian critters. There are very few animals that I would not consider caring for so please ask if you have a seemingly "unusual pet". I am happy to learn about your animal, how to best love them, and care for all their needs while you are away! I am currently working full time, but have a fluctuating schedule. Please ask if you have an extended stay and your furry friend can be left alone at night. I am happy to play with and walk your companion or sit and provide extra pets as needed. I will always be respectful of your wishes and promise to keep your home and your animal(s)' safety as my top priority.

About: I have raised and lovingly cared for 3 dogs in the last 20 years. Your pet will feel like they are at home when you're away.. I am a local teacher with my summer off. I have two dogs and children but they travel between two houses. While your pet stays with me it would be just them and myself, they would get my full attention! My yard is set up for games of catch or just exploring new smells. I have a fenced in backyard and an already established dog friendly home. I love walking around my neighborhood and to the park. I am able to drive to your home if needed to feed, let out or walk your pet.

About: I've been helping take care of my own pets since I was about 12. I love animals of all kinds and have experiences working with cats and dogs of all sizes. I have pet sat multiple times for friends and family and have been relied on to walk, feed, and administer medications for their furry friends. I'm currently working part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby! I currently do not have any pets in my life. I live in a second story apartment in ithaca NY. I have no pets at the moment in my home so your pet will have my undivided attention. My neighborhood has lots of sidewalks and there is a park near by.

About: I have grown up with cats and adopted two dogs six years ago. Both came minimally trained so I have been working with them and learning so much about adjusting to needs for specific personalities. I am currently working part time while applying to vet school so I am very flexible schedule wise! I would prefer mornings and afternoons with less evening and night strolls. My dogs have a fenced in yard and a dog door so they can go in and out whenever based on their own needs. In other homes learning where all the pets needs are is helpful so that I can provide them the best care possible!

About: My family always had dogs and cats while I was growing up. We also raised pigs for a time. In my junior year of college I adopted a dog from the local shelter and he is still my pride joy. I care for him with all my heart. I have a very flexible schedule, I only work 2 out of every 8 days. Therefore I am happy to work around different needs and schedules. I care for my clients’ pets with love and affection, much the same way I do with mine. I am very respectful of everyone’s home, never tracking in dirt or mud.
