1. Kirsten C.
“Rescue is my favorite breed. 4 years ago I adopted a blind Collie from an unfortunate situation. Kirsten quickly became enamored with the dog and the dog relaxed enough to follow her on a walk through a nature preserve. They've been fast friends ever since. Wouldn't have it any other way. Woof, woof, Kirsten ❤️”

2. Claudia A.

“Our pets took to her right away!”

3. Julia G.
About: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU REQUEST! I have had cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, and horses throughout my life. I’ve trained puppies and kittens, and travelled the world with my animals. I’ve also worked as a vet tech for a small animal clinic in North Carolina. Now I am a tiny human mom! I am perfectly comfortable to stay overnight, as long as your animals are comfortable with children. I am a single mama, so my daughter goes everywhere with me. I do also bring my mini Aussie on overnights (well trained and registered service dog). She gets along with any animal she meets. Please note this when making a booking selection, as I can leave her home when doing drop ins, but not for overnights ☺️ If you book an overnight and later decide drop ins suit better (or vice versa) - I will encourage an edit to the booking for integrity and cost purposes. We will leave your home just as clean, if not cleaner, than when we arrived ☺️ I work in education during the week days, but I am off work all school holidays (plus the summer), as well as weekends. I love spending my spare time with all animals! I am very attentive to the needs of all pets. I check for injuries regularly, and know the signs of distress and illness! Any sudden change in behaviour is a red flag to me.

4. Dawn R.

“Dawn is definitely a dog lover. She was able to coax my anxious dog outside to walk and do his business. She is reliable and a good communicator. 5 stars!”

5. Nadia A.

“Amazing.”

6. William B.
“William (Bill) is great with animals. He cares for our own three dogs as well as helps me take care of animals I sit for on Rover. He gets along great with dogs, cats, and even has experience with pigs! He loves playing with animals and giving them lots of love to make them feel welcomed and safe.”

7. AlexMatthew M.
“AlexMatthew is a very loving and caring pet caregiver. He has taken care of my cats (I have 5 at this time) whenever I go away. Follows my instructions that i set out for him. I am not worried about my cats because I know Alex will care for them as if they were his own.”

8. Christopher R.
“I've known Chris for nine years now, during which he has scooped dog droppings in my backyard and walked my dogs. He's always done very well by my sister, me, and our critters! I would have no problem leaving the dogs with him in any situation.”

9. Rob C.

“Rob is wonderful with our whole menagerie! Thank you Rob! We can’t imagine taking a vacation without knowing our family is safe here with you!”

10. Elizabeth E.
“Liz did a great job with our dog! Our dog was happy and she was great with sending photos and videos while we were gone. I will definitely use her again when I have to leave my pup at home! Things were neat and clean when we returned.”

11. Desoni C.
“As a responsible and very loving cat owner, I would definitely recommend Desoni to be a great fit to be a pet caregiver! She gives an abundance of love, care, and attention to her pet ensuring her cat's or your pets' essential needs. Whether it be needing to pet-sit, taking them for strolls around the neighborhood, or just giving some extra friendly quality time and assurance, I am confident she would exceed your expectations for this role. Hope she is highly considered and hears from this company soon!”

12. Shauna H.
“Shauna is absolutely wonderful with animals. From what I have seen in her interactions with my dogs (both Boxers) she is fun, energetic and excited. She does a great job reading their cues as well as ensuring that they remain safe while also having fun. Her interactions she has with her cats show that she derives a genuine joy from interacting with animals, and always approaches them with kindness, compassion and understanding. Overall, I think Shauna would make a fantastic addition to the Rover team!”

13. Lauren M.

“Absolutely love Lauren! Reliable and takes great care of our dog. Would highly recommend!”

14. Beth P.
“Beth has cared for my 3 dogs before and did a fantastic job. I always felt comfortable leaving them with her. She’s recently rescued 2 dogs! She is trustworthy and reliable.”

15. Alexandra C.
“Ally is an extremely reliable dog walker and she is the first person I would call if I needed someone to look after my pet. I currently do not have any pets, but I have been on many dog walks with Ally, and she always takes great care to pay attention to the needs of the animals to make sure they are safe and happy. Anyone would be lucky to have Ally to look after their pets!”

16. Tess N.
“I have kept dogs for almost 13 years now and Tess is always my first call if I require a sitter. I have known her most of my life and I trust her completely with my animals. She closely minds how I prefer them to be handled and there is never any doubt they will be safe and happy when I leave them with her. She is not only responsible and knowledgeable but also has an energy dogs seem to enjoy and be drawn to. They even often return to me having learned a fun new trick. I would recommend Tess highly to anyone.”
