“We can’t wait to use Lindi again. My dogs aren’t necessarily easy with their leash aggression and lack of social skills and she handled them so well. Not just anyone can walk my dogs and I knew they were safe in her hands. I’ll never hesitate to use her again. Thank you, Lindi!”

About: What sets me apart from others is my compassion for all animals. I genuinely feel most loved and understood by animals. The physical act of love that is communicated between humans and dogs is something that I truly cherish and carry into every interaction I have with them. I am currently working part time and am available to care for your pets anytime between 6:30-2:30 SUN,M,T, and W. Whether that looks like a weekday hiking adventure, a potty break, or caring for them while you are on vacation I will be there. I love taking dogs on hikes or to dog beach. I also just enjoy going on walks with dogs and letting them be in their natural element.

“My first time Rover experience with Sohpia was excellent! She provided us with a detailed recap of her time walking & taking care of our puppy, along with many pictures. She was so friendly and professional, will be booking with her again!”

“Sara was great!! She came over the morning of the walk to meet and greet my dogs and they loved her. Super nice and on time for sure! Would definitely recommend! She even corrected my mistake on booking the service I requested so definitely a very honest person.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals most of my life. I have had dogs and cats as pets and have taken care of both for other people. I currently have a one year old puppy who is very active, so we run/walk the trails daily. I’m happy to do long walks or daily check ins and I can do overnight sitting but my home is too small to have another dog overnight for multiple nights. I’m comfortable with puppies and older dogs. I’m located in Kings Beach and would like to stay within 10 miles. Currently on a career sabbatical. I’m doing freelance work now and would like to focus on pet sitting/walking. I’m available all day minus Sunday/Monday. As long as I have notice, I can be flexible with my schedule. As for pet sitting, I prefer to not have pets at my home overnight. I have a fenced yard, if I bring dogs to play here before going on a walk. Before booking with me, please provide your pets daily routine and any other information that is important for me to know about your pet.

“Matt is a big, strong guy who is able to handle our two dogs at the same time. In particular one of our dogs is nearly 80 pounds and has a very high prey drive, and I felt confident that Matthew would keep him in control and wear him out. They were able to cover a lot of ground in an hour and our dogs came home tired and happy. Matt is easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and generally just a pretty chill guy to work with. I would use him again.”

Anything works from walk check-in and pet sitting. Anytime works if you need a sitter during work hours. I make sure the pets are safe . Provide breaks and play with them. I have experience providing medicine to dogs and cats. I will make sure they are fenced off from unwanted places your pet is prohibited from going.

About: A little bit about me: I moved to Incline Village in July of 2025 from Austin, TX. I am a mom to a sweet chocolate lab, and her name is Smokey (full name Smokey the Bear)! I have been caring for dogs my whole life, starting with my black lab Zach and Yorkie Terrior Ziggy. I have great experience dog walking and dog sitting for family, friends and neighbors. I have an incredible love for animals, and I promise to give your fur family a loving and activity-filled experience! I always am quick to jump at the opportunity to help out any friends and family to ensure their dog is getting out into the world for some fun play or long walks in the fresh air! I am ecstatic at the opportunity Rover provides not only to those who need someone extra to help but also allowing me to fill my days with four-legged friends! I have been working in clinical research & social work for the past 5 years & am exploring different career paths. Allowing me plenty of time to help your schedule and play with your pups! Each one of your pups is so unique, I make it my mission to create a positive experience for you, your pup, and myself! I want to be here to listen to what both you and your pup need for any given day. I am happy to accommodate anything whether it is sitting for your pup, long/short walks, play sessions & drop-ins! You name it & I am here for it. Additionally, as someone who has looked after elderly dogs as well as dogs that need medications, I can say I am experienced in administering supplements and or medication to pets.

About: I have an almost 3 year old White Swiss Shepherd dog who is very social and wants to come on walks with your dog! I love dogs and nothing makes me happier than getting social time for mine. I personally trained my dog to do many charming tricks (like play dead!) and would love to help teach yours too! My dog is great with other dogs of all sizes including puppies as long as they are not aggressive. I work part time and remotely so am flexible for last minute bookings. I’m often out on walks with my own dog and would love to take yours out with us. My dog loves to get a lot of exercise and I’m happy to give your high energy dog a lot of play and walk time with mine! I will come to your neighborhood or house where it’s most convenient to watch or walk your dog. My dog is very well behaved and social with other dogs.

“I sent Emily a last minute request, she quickly got back to me and was able to walk Odin the next day! She took him for 45 minutes on a nice hike and he was even able to join her dog for a play buddy! I got pictures and an update and could feel at ease my dog was well taken care of. Emily was very easy to communicate with! I feel great knowing Odin was in good hands and can’t wait to use her again.”

About: I absolutely love every pet I meet, and am always willing to put in the effort to make them feel safe and happy. I have 15+ years of experience as a sitter, dog walker, and as a veterinary technician. I also own and operate my own business that focuses on in-home care for nervous and anxious pets (primarily nail trims). I understand that each pet is unique and has its own needs, and am committed to honoring that. I have the patience required to work with any dog, and a pretty flexible schedule. I am an all around animal lover who will treat your fur baby like they were my own, because I know just how important our pets are to us. I’m currently working part time and have the flexibility to work with your pet as needed. I don’t currently offer care in my own home.
