About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats, birds, turtles, lizards, goats, chickens and sheep for 5 years. I also currently work at Lake Tahoe Community College part time. I have experience with senior pets with special needs. I provide talk therapy for those who need it! (meaning, animals who don't trust new people right away). I am available for overnights, dog walks, plant care and house-sitting. I am really good with animals that have fear and trust issues. “Gissell is awesome! She accepted my doggy daycare request on short notice and took great care of my baby boy Henry. Her senior dog Sierra is a sweetheart and still has a lot of pep in her step. Gissell’s home is super nice, clean, and a great space for dogs to sniff around, roam in the yard and sunbathe on the porch. About: I’m very patient, calm and loving. My caring nature shows in all my dog sitting adventures. I’m a great communicator and love mellow afternoons walking through the woods either alone or with a pup friend! I work full time mid week so unfortunately my time is limited to weekends and evenings. I can walk and feed midweek evening and sit/ board on weekends. I live in a roomy apartment just a few blocks from the lake. I won’t leave the dog alone so we will either be at my house or out on a walk.
