“Brad was great! Very accommodating and friendly. You can tell he's a dog person. Took great care of our pup and I wouldn't hesitate to leave our dog with him again. Thanks, Brad!”
2. Kathy M.
“I have a rescue dog, Mia, who's very nervous with new people and being left with strangers. She had a fantastic time with Kathy and her own friendly dog. I think they played all day, as Mia was exhausted by the evening. I dropped her off two days in a row, dreading the second in case she was upset about being left, but she ran into Kathy's house, tail wagging, eager to greet her new friends and get started.”
3. Melissa B.
“This was my first time using Rover and Melissa made it such a positive experience! She sent texts with pictures throughout the time day reassuring us that Boo was having a great time! Will definitely be using her again!”
4. Patty and Randy A.
“I cannot tell you how amazing patty was!!! She was extremely friendly and I felt 100% at ease when it came to dropping off my baby girl with her.”
5. Luke E.
“Luke was awesome! Very caring and loves animals! I felt super comfortable leaving my dog with him and would definitely use him again if I’m in the area! I highly recommend him!!”
6. Scott F.
“Scott was great with my pup. He was a good communicator and our dog was returned tired and happy. We dropped Dino off for daycare while we were skiing at Northstar. His home is a close proximity to the resort, so pickup and drop off were convenient and easy. We’ll be reaching out again!”
7. Gina G.
“Look's like Louie had a great time. I will do another booking soon.”
8. Michelle W.
About: I have always cared about creatures of all kinds. I love spoiling dogs, goats, chickens, reptiles and making them feel loved. I have an elderly dog Alfred who is friendly. We especially love hiking nearby trails. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to be home most of the time. Always have time for a walk or hike. And of course treats. I have a fenced back yard on one acre. Goats and chickens on property in their own fenced area. Able to accommodate dogs of all energy levels.
9. Gina & Erik L.
“Gina and Erik are true dog lovers. They took in my dog Bozo for full day boarding. My Bozo loved staying with them…lots of fun, play and rest. My heart and mind was always at peace when they took care of Bozo. And finally they shared the pics with Bozo in backyard”
10. Shane C.
“I highly recommend Shane as a seasoned and skilled dog sitter. You can, of course, assume that he is a good dog sitter and Dog Trainer because his two dogs are service animals, however, you’ll learn even more in person is his kindness and how much he loves our doggy companions. From the first interaction over messages and his profile to the moment I picked up my dog from her staycation, I felt safe and assured that was well cared for. At the end of the day, my dog greeted me happily and calmly and I knew I’d want to use his services time and time again! If this wasn’t convincing enough, just imagine me calling my dog to the car and her looking back at Shane sad to go because she just had the most epic adventure day. And of course, she fell asleep in the car right away.”
11. Megan E.
“Megan took great care of our girls today. She kept in contact with us all along the way. Before we dropped them off and sent photos while we were away. We were very comfortable leaving our pups with her while we hiked. Highly recommend her services.”

About: I have had a dogs all of my life. My most recent (10 yrs) was born deaf. I have taken care of family and friends pets my whole life. I am retired so I’m at home pretty much all day every day so your pet will always have myself and my service dog Bentley and my newly adopted pup Rosie with them. Some days my 3 year old grandson Atlas will be at my home for a visit. He has been around dogs since he was born and is very good with all animals. I have a fully fenced and landscaped acre and a half with security cameras all the way around the property for running and playing in so they are never out of my sight and will have a safe still while with me.
13. Trulie M.
“We were nervous about leaving Daisy at first but Trulie was super sweet and kind. She genuinely cared about Daisy and loved her like she was one of her own dogs. She asked us questions about Daisy to get to know her better and she showed us around her lovely home. She sent us lots of pictures and Daisy had a fun time playing with the other dogs. We definitely recommend her as she is a very kindhearted person. Thank you again Trulie. We hope to see you again”
14. Margaret J.
“I have known Margaret since 2012. She is a very kind and loving lady. She has helped me numerous times with my cat Petro. I would recommend her highly to sit for your animals. She gives excellent care to dogs as well as cats.”
15. Roxanne R.
“Roxanne was a great person to watch our two GSPs, very responsive, and seemed to really care about our pups! She walked them multiple times per day and they both came home tired! We would absolutely book again!”
16. Heather K.
“Heather was so amazing with our pup! We could tell he loved her because he cuddled with her—only special people get that! She treated our dog exactly how we want him treated. She took him for a hike and even gave him a toy and bone out of her own stash. We felt totally safe and comfortable with Heather and would definitely book her again!”

About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning or hike, evening walk or lake sunsets, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free rein) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your doggo when you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as and emergency room nurse during the weekends, but I have four days off each week. So when I’m available I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days

About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats, birds, turtles, lizards, goats, chickens and sheep for 5 years. I also currently work at Lake Tahoe Community College part time. I have experience with senior pets with special needs. I provide talk therapy for those who need it! (meaning, animals who don't trust new people right away). I am available for overnights, dog walks, plant care and house-sitting. I am really good with animals that have fear and trust issues. Some of my clients have been impressed with how quickly a special needs pet warmed up to me. Treats help! I am honest and trustworthy, and would love the opportunity to care for your pets! Thanks! Judy I am currently working full-time, M-F in Tahoe City I am usually available on weekends. Overnights or day care. I have 2 dogs, both very friendly.
