About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, providing reliable walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention to keep them happy, safe, and well-exercised. I’m a stay-at-home Mom. Kids are homeschooled so we are always around. Can take your dog outside and for walks throughout the day. I have a fenced yard and a silly boxer boy dog to keep your dog company. I can crate your dog at night if you prefer.

About: Growing up with dogs my whole life, there has not been a year where we have not had dogs in the house.... meaning we love them! To add to growing up with dogs, I (ambitiously) got a puppy during my senior year of college. This taught me to balance caring for a puppy while excelling in school and enjoying my senior year. This challenge gave me a new insight into putting 100% care into a pet and made my bond grow deeper with my dog, Josie. My family's dog, Molly, is a therapy dog for hospitals and schools allowing me to see the true joy that dogs bring into people's lives. That said, I truly enjoy finding the joy and laughter each dog brings into our home! Working from home, I am truly present to take care of and be attentive to all dogs. There are a few days where I will be unavailable due to travel or subbing at school, but those are blocked off on a weekly basis. Josie and I always start our morning with an activity. Josie loves to go on a morning run, so if your pup is a runner... get ready to join the pack! On the other hand, my family's dog, Molly, loves her walks and play time. We also have a park and great trails in our neighborhood meaning the day is open for adventures. Our condo is in a wonderful area close to the beach with lots of grass and easy access to walking trails. As a home welcome to dogs, we love having them sleep with us but can crate them if that is their safest spot. We have the space to feed dogs separately if needed.

“Gissell is awesome! She accepted my doggy daycare request on short notice and took great care of my baby boy Henry. Her senior dog Sierra is a sweetheart and still has a lot of pep in her step. Gissell’s home is super nice, clean, and a great space for dogs to sniff around, roam in the yard and sunbathe on the porch. I received pictures and videos of Henry during his visit and he barely wanted to come home with me he had such a great time over there. Thanks so much Gissell!”

About: I've grown up with pets ever since I was 5 years old, so I have about 17 years of personal experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. Despite the experience being personal, I am professional, calm, and work extremely well with animals. It is important to me to be their voice when they aren't listened to, and to provide help in any way I can, as I know that life can be very busy, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't make time to take care of those that take care of us. Animals always love unconditionally and provide unwavering support in all ways, so I'm here to give that to them, and to take some of the stress off your shoulders when you have to give your time elsewhere. Services: Daily Walks Food, water, and treats as directed by pet parent Playtime :) fetch, frisbee, catch/chase- anything they like to do! House Sitting and Drop-in visits Give medication or maintenance care if needed. Light Grooming like coat brushing and baths. Take to Vet appointments, Dog Park, or other errands related to your pets. (Depending on distance, gas, time and price negotiation for those factors) Energy Healing ☆ please ask me for more information if interested :) I work from home and set my own schedule, so I'm available to care for the animals and spend time with them throughout the day. We go on daily walks, and hikes on the trails several times during the week. There's space in the backyard to play, run around, and go potty when needed. I will actively keep you updated during the entire stay, and send lots of pictures. I will stick to the routine you have for your pet, and make sure they feel as comfortable as possible. I treat every animal with respect and as if they are my own- with lots of patience, understanding, love, kindness, and empathy. I do my best to understand their temperament so I can cater to their specific needs in order for us to gradually build trust at their own pace.

About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your pups while you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as an emergency room nurse so my shifts are variable, but I have four days off each week. When I am not working, I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days

“Luke was amazing!!! Not only was he communicative, he was knowledgeable about dogs. He explained the reason why our pup does some of things he does. Our dog is very anxious and gets stressed easy but with Luke he fit right in and was cool and calm. 100% will be bring our dog back to Luke not only for sitting but for some training as well! About: I’ve worked and owned dogs for a young age. I currently have a German Shepherd mix I rescued just last year. I look forward to meeting with and taking care of all your pets needs. I work from home so have availability pretty much any day or time of the week that you may need. That just means more time to play with your pups! I’m very respectful and responsible for others homes and requirements. I have a large yard for pups to play in and enjoy, and often love taking my dog on long walks around Tahoe.
