Alexandra loves to walk Louie and he gets so excited to see her. In the past, she has stayed with our dog and two cats and she follows directions really well (our one cat needs meds once a day). About: I have had a cat of my own for 5 years and have been taking care of dogs big and small all my life. I would love to get to know your pets personally. I am a long time Tahoe-Truckee local so I know all the best places for walks! I am currently working part time, and I love to get outside and moving. I am constantly going out for walks rain (snow) or shine! I am more than comfortable walking larger dogs, picking up their "business", or cleaning a litter box. I take my own pet to the local vet and would be willing to drive to Reno in case of an emergency in the middle of the night.

About: My name is Shannon and I currently work at an elementary school so I will not be available full time throughout the day, but I am able to come home on lunch breaks and before and after work which is 9-3. I have a 7 year old French Bulldog who LOVES other dogs. I have frequently watched friends dogs in the past and am looking to start helping out others in need of local/cheaper dog sitting! I know first hand the struggles of affordable dog care in Tahoe for people who love to travel. Tahoe is an extremely dog friendly place, so for me, this is an opportunity to help other dog lovers find a great sitter who will love their dog like it is my own while it stays with me. About: I became a dog sitter in 2019. I have watched many types of dogs from high energy pups to senior dogs with disabilities. I have a few but loyal clients outside of rover who continue to trust me with their pets and homes in the Tahoe Truckee area. I will be home the majority of the day to watch your pup. care info potty break every 3-4 hrs (the smaller the pup the more frequent the breaks). I will not leave your dog no longer than 1-2 hrs. Let me know your dog's feeding schedule and any additional care they may need. I only book one pet per visit. Due to the current doggy illness that is spreading I will take extra precaution to make sure your pet is safe.
