About: I have spent my whole life living with and caring for animals of all kinds, ranging from self sufficient cats who sleep all day, to high energy dogs who require multi-mile walks and constant engagement. I can comfortably administer medications and assist pets with special needs. I will follow their routine closely, and if I'm staying in your home I can assure you it will be treated mindfully. Growing up I frequently watched my neighbor's pets and built great relationships with each animal. I got to know so many personality types and adapted to their lifestyles. I don't have any pets currently, and would love the opportunity to spend time with ones who need care. My ultimate goal is to make them feel like their family never left. I will be working part time this fall, so I will have lots of time to keep your furry friends company. Depending on your pets energy we can keep active or spend the day cuddling on the couch. No matter, their days will be filled with love and enrichment. I just ask that you provide each pets vet information and emergency contacts. I have a pet-specific checklist we will go over, ie diet, behavior, daily routine, etc. to ensure they will have a fun yet safe and clean environment while you're away. Dogs will stay on leash when out of the house (unless we go for a swim!). I can check in as frequently as you prefer and can confirm many photos will be taken.
About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I raised a Beagle (Billy) from puppyhood and proudly attended dog training classes with him (Billy and I both learned alot !) I've also had the joy of rescuing Summer, a gorgeous ex-show dog Golden Retriever, who was by my side for 13 years. After that was Bammer, an Alaskan Husky Lab mix. He was my adventure buddy, and always kept me on my toes! Besides my own dogs, I've had lots of experience caring for my friends' dogs while they are travelling, so have been able to adapt to all kinds of personalities, temperaments and levels of energy. The silver lining is that I currently have no pets of my own, which means your dog will get all the love, attention, belly rubs, walks, playtime, and couch cuddles they can handle. Whether your pup is an energetic explorer, a pro napper, or somewhere in between, they'll be treated like part of the familly. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, and my goal is simple: to make sure they're happy, safe, loved, and maybe just a little spoiled while you're away. 🐾 I work from home and have a flexible schedule, allowing for plenty of attention, potty breaks, and playtime throughout the day. I also love getting outside for neighborhood walks, so your pup will get lots of fresh air, exercise, and cuddles. I have a fully fenced yard for safe play and potty breaks, and dogs are welcome inside the home as part of the family. About: Raised on a cattle ranch, I have had experience with animals large and small my whole life. I joined Rover about a few years ago, shortly after my 120 pound lab of 9 years passed away, I wanted to be able to be around dogs and be able to be active by going on hikes and out to dog beach, but wasn't quite ready to bring to a new puppy into my life. About: I’ve owned and cared for anywhere from 2-5 dogs and 2 cats at a time my entire life, most of which have been rescues of all ages, sizes, and behaviors. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at the local Humane Society with dogs and cats for around 8 years and have dog and cat watched for family and friends countless times. I’m comfortable with administering oral medication, using feline inhalers, and caring for animals from puppies and kittens to senior dogs. I am generally available every day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, but can start earlier or end later as needed. On Mondays I am only available until 3:00 PM. Animals love me and I love them- be it hiking and exploring a lake, throwing sticks in the yard, frolicking in the snow, taking a short stroll, chasing a feather on a stick, or just kicking our feet up for a chill day. I have 3 friendly dogs and 2 cats at my home (one laid back, one spunky 1.5 year old) and a large, unfenced area in the woods where dogs can be leash walked or free roam. There are 4 litter boxes and 2 cat trees throughout the spacious multi-floor house. My own dogs are outside playing the majority of the day with water bowls and a bowl puppy pool outside or cooling down inside.

About: i previously worked at petsmart in petcare taking care of different types of animals everyday. as well as taking care of my own animals which includes dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ect i will be working 7am-4pm mon-fri. i’ll get up earlier to feed them and walk them if they need a walk. if needed and i can let them out on my lunch & i’ll be back after work to spend the rest of the night with them in my home my dogs have a fenced in backyard, when they’re inside they have lots of toys to play with and always have food and water available. that’s how i’ll be with any of my clients animals

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
