About: I grew up with a household of pets. After leaving my childhood home I moved to the Tahoe Truckee area and began working for a veterinarian. I studied animal behavior in college and I continued to work in the veterinary profession until my retirement in 2022, for 40 plus years! I have always devoted myself to the best of care for all of my own pets, including hamsters, parakeets, cats, dogs, rats, and chickens, and to the pets of friends and family including horses. I am very tuned into their health and medical needs as well as their everyday fun and attention needs. I love to walk and am very safety conscious. I am free to offer services many days. Now that I am newly retired I do spend some time traveling away from home or with other part time activities but, in general, my schedule is very flexible. As I currently have a senior cat who is afraid of dogs, I prefer most of my services be in your home or walking your dogs. However, some cat loving, mellow dogs might be possible for short periods in my home as needed. I do not have a fenced yard so outside time in my home would be leash walking time, dependent on the needs of your dog, for safety.

About: I've had dogs since I was a boy with my first pup Emma sleeping in my room every night. Since, my wife Rose and I have adopted our dog Lily as a puppy over 7 years ago and before that cared for an ederly dog, Breyer, for about a year and a half where we made his last year comfortable. Last year we also adopted a couple kitties Frank and Poppy who can be precocious but generally keep to themselves. Lily is the biggest sweetheart (ask anyone on Rover) and now that we have our own home I want to invite other dogs over for playtime, boarding, and all the walking they can ever need. Lily has been through extensive professional training which included detailed methods for us on how to treat and take care of all kinds of dogs. I work from home full time on a flexible schedule so I can tend to dogs as needed. We have a big fenced in yard for play and the usual routine would be a long walk about 3 in the afternoon with frequent potty breaks as needed. About: Raised on a cattle ranch, I have had experience with animals large and small my whole life. About: I grew up with a multitude of dogs and there were often litters of puppies running around in our household so I have a lot of experience with puppies and full grown dogs. I’m from Nebraska and don’t currently own a dog but have all my weekends free to offer dog sitting services. I don’t have any other animal at my house but would love to take the dog/dogs to the park to socialize them and also on at least one walk a day if not more. I have a very active lifestyle so if your dog does too I can take them to Millcreek to go on hikes as well. If your dog isn’t as active or is too old for such strenuous activities then no worries I will still be able to spend a lot of time with the dogs on the weekends so they won’t be alone.
About: Ive had dogs my entire life. We have three dogs of our own. Two small dogs - Dominic and Bella - who are both 11 years old and easygoing. We have one larger 40 lb entlebucher who is 2.5 years old, very friendly and loves chasing balls. I live with my long time partner of seven years on the west side of Petaluma, CA. I take our dogs frequently on walks, hikes, and/or visits to the dog park. We have two fenced yards, one in front with dog door accessibility and one larger yard in the back. I am preparing to go back to school, so until September I have free time to care for pups and take them on adventures! We go on morning hikes or visits to the dog park everyday as our dogs need exercise. If your dog needs to be walked separately, that is not an issue. I am happy to do multiple walks during the day. For doggy day care they would need to be able to get along with other dogs. We live in a 1000 sq. ft home on a large lot in West Petaluma. The lot is fenced in both the front and back areas. The front area is a lawn where the dogs mainly use it as a restroom, and it has dog door access. In the rear, we have a large yard with garden beds. I often go out there to read or work in the garden and will bring dogs out with me.
About: I've always enjoyed taking care of animals since I can remember. For the past 10 years, I've had family friends, coworkers, friends of friends, etc. reach out to me to either host their pets or at take care of them at their places; and I feel lucky to do so! I want to make sure every pup feels safe, loved on, and sleepy from a day of adventure! I have a pretty flexible schedule and am able to work remote a few days a week. I also have a great boss, who allows dogs to come to the office, if that is what the dog parents want! I live in a 3-bedroom condo, with only 2 rooms occupied, and plenty of space. We have a front porch that is able to be closed off, but I never leave the dogs fully unattended outside. My roommate does have a medium size girl dog, named Kalli. There are 2 dog parks in my neighborhood and plenty of trails. I would allow them to sleep on the couch if they wanted to, or with me, or in the guest room - whichever the dog and dog parent prefer!

About: I have experience working at a doggy day-care. I was responsible for watching and entertaining up to 25 dogs at a time of all ages and sizes! I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week Tues-Fri. I am not home for pick ups/drop-offs between 7:15 AM-6:30 PM on those days. However my 3-day weekend gives me plenty of time to give your pup the love and attention they deserve! Daycare Rates & Information: Daycare is up to 8 hours of care. Anything longer than that time, please book a boarding stay. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). “Brittany was absolutely amazing! Our regular sitter was not available so I happened upon Brittany and I have officially found a new dog sitter for our boy. She was so wonderful. She would constantly keep in contact and send photos. He was not eating so she was trying all new things in his food and instead of his food to get him to eat which was so sweet and wonderful of her. She would give him baths which I did not ask for but was so appreciated. I could tell that she absolutely loved him as we do. Simply outstanding and highly recommended. Definitely going to go back and have Teddy stay with Brittany again!”
