About: My dog recently passed away at the age of 16, so I am just trying to get my doggy fixes in. I would love if they could join me for a run or hike. I currently work full time at an office M-F but come home for lunch for an hour. But I can guarantee a morning, lunch and evening walk (or activity) I live in an adu apartment but have a big open backyard and don’t mind pets on furniture if you don’t mind them on furniture.

I work at the local elementary school with young children of special needs. I am a fun, caring and loving person who loves both animals and humans. I don't have any pets living with me so your pet would be the only one I would be caring for. I am free to take care of your pet most days, nights and some weekends. I work from home during the summer months so my schedule is always flexible. I currently live in a condo down the street from Lake Tahoe. There are numerous parks at the lake as well as many hiking trails to walk your dog at that are close by my place. I will always walk your dogs on a leash unless otherwise informed by owner to let run free in the woods and trails. I am very safe and responsible.

I can take your fur babies to the beach, dog park, regular park, hiking, or just Netflix and take naps. Im very punctual so meals will be given on time, peepee poopoo walks at least every 2-4hrs, if theres med will be given on time, Lots of vid/photos will be sent if requested. This is my full time for now so taking care of fur babies all say 24/7 Your fur babies will not be alone for a second My place has an unfenced yard and im right next to the lake 30 sec walk to the beach. I work mostly from home except for needing to leave the house a few times a week to teach in person. On the weekends I usually hike and can easily take a dog with me! Animals love me and I love them- be it hiking and exploring a lake, throwing sticks in the yard, frolicking in the snow, taking a short stroll, chasing a feather on a stick, or just kicking our feet up for a chill day. I have 3 friendly dogs and 2 cats at my home (one laid back, one spunky 1.5 year old) and a large, unfenced area in the woods where dogs can be leash walked or free roam. There are 4 litter boxes and 2 cat trees throughout the spacious multi-floor house. My own dogs are outside playing the majority of the day with water bowls and a bowl puppy pool outside or cooling down inside.

“Lindi was awesome. Highly recommended. Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. She was flexible with changing booking times at the last minute which was great. She was mindful of locking all the door locks behind her which I thought was a nice touch. Although my poor, scared rescue always hid, Lindi tried her best to coax her but to no avail. Lindi sent me pictures of her hiding in the corner and it would make me giggle. Will hire Lindi again once my rescue gets more confident. THANK YOU, Lindi!”

I raised a Beagle (Billy) from puppyhood and proudly attended dog training classes with him (Billy and I both learned alot !) She asked a bunch of questions to make sure she knew how to best handle Taquito (on/off leash, if she liked the water, how to best feed, etc) and Taquito was immediately comfortable around her and her pup which is always a relief. “Megan was so great! It was our first time using Rover for our two senior Malamutes, and I was very nervous leaving our fur babies in a new place. She not only was wonderful with them, but also with me and my anxiety! She provided a lot of pictures and reassurance that they were doing well. She helped one of my dogs with a scraped nose, and even tried to brush them (they weren’t on board). Megan also has a stocked house with dog supplies, as we didn’t even think to bring anything besides the dogs and food (like when we boarded at a facility).
