About: Just returning to the app! My entire life has revolved around animals. I grew up in a family that always adopted the “unadoptable” dogs — seniors, medical cases, and those with serious behavioral challenges. That gave me early, real-world experience managing everything from reactivity and anxiety to advanced medical needs. For years, I’ve worked professionally in animal rescue, boarding facilities, and under skilled dog trainers. I’ve fostered dozens of dogs with both behavioral and medical special needs, including those requiring strict medication schedules, wound care, and post-surgical recovery. I am comfortable with dogs of every breed, size, and temperament — from bully breeds to high-drive working dogs to seniors who just need gentle support. Because of my background, I know the difference that true experience makes. Too often, pet owners are forced to leave their dogs with sitters who aren’t equipped to handle more than the basics. My goal is to offer the kind of care I expect for my own dogs: knowledgeable, reliability, and peace of mind. When your dog is with me, you can feel confident that they’re being cared for by someone who has dedicated years to understanding and working with animals at every level. I work from home with a fully flexible schedule, so I can tailor care around your dog’s needs. Your pup will have constant supervision and attentive care throughout the day We have a 5 acres and a fully dog proofed fenced yard for dogs to enjoy. We listen to what you tell us about their needs and personality and will cater to that. We know every dog is unique.

“Grace is absolutely amazing! She takes care of your pets like her own and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Truly a first class sitter who is so attentive and communicative while giving your pet the best possible service while you’re away. Grace will always be our top choice!”

“Jenna was so incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. She really took the time to understand Butter’s needs, and took care to articulate to me what her plans were to make sure I was comfortable with it. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is more than just a dog sitter- she is someone that takes time to understand the needs of the dog and make sure they have a spectacular time together.”

“Anny did an overnight for my two bunnies, Donut and Luna, and she was wonderful. She wrote notes as I instructed her on details, left the place spotless, and my fur babies immediately took to her calm, loving nature. She’s a pro!”

“Mariah was incredible watching my Ruby. She clearly is a dog person and treats dogs with so much love and respect. She took her on all sorts of outings, to the dog park, on walks, and totally rolled with the more high maintenance parts of a frenchie. She sent tons of updates and even washed something my dog had an accident on. I would (and plan to) her again in a heartbeat!”

About: Hi, I’m Taylor and I live in Santa Barbara! I’ve had pets my entire life—dogs, cats, birds, and more—and truly love all animals. I care for each pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or keeping their routine just right, I’m here to give you peace of mind and your pet a best friend. I work full time and just started classes at SBCC, but I’m usually free after 5pm and available for overnights. Spending time with animals is something I really enjoy, so I make it a regular part of my routine. When I care for pets at their home, I stick to their usual routine—feeding, walks, playtime, whatever they need. I make sure they feel comfy and safe, and I keep the place tidy too. I also like to send updates so owners know their pets are happy and doing well while they’re away.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, I even brought home my very first pets—a pair of frogs—at age 7! Since then I’ve cared for turtles, hermit crabs, and, most importantly, plenty of dogs. Because I’m still a college student, I know it isn’t the right time for me to adopt a pup of my own, but I miss having a furry friend in my life. That’s why I am so excited to be on Rover, so I can help care for your pets while getting some quality pup time of my own! I am currently doing research with a lab, so my schedule changes each week. I usually only need to leave the house for 1-3 days during the weekday, and can move those days around if necessary. If my schedule doesn’t seem to work for what you need, just reach out and I can see if there’s anything I can do! Safety is my number one priority, so I am always trying to be an aware of any possible accidents waiting to happen. I am super active and love to go on walks and runs with dogs. I make sure to get some good play time in as well!

“Jessie is awesome! Took such great care of our pup on such short notice! And she sent lots of pics and updates which have me a ton of peace of mind while we were away. Will definitely be using her services again!”

“Isabella was amazing. This was our first time using this service so we were sure what to expect, but we are happy customers. Isabella came to meet us before we went on our trip so we could get a sense of her and she could meet coco. The day of our trip she arrived and sent pictures throughout day and night. Gave us updates. She contacted us on the last day with pic and letting us know how night went. Overall we’re happy we went with Isabella and hope to use her in the future.”

Jenna was so incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. She really took the time to understand Butter’s needs, and took care to articulate to me what her plans were to make sure I was comfortable with it. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is more than just a dog sitter- she is someone that takes time to understand the needs of the dog and make sure they have a spectacular time together.

Geneva took good care of our house and two border collies for almost a month. Our dogs are energetic and need plenty of play and exercise. And she was up to the job. She is amazing! She even extended her stay when our flights were cancelled and we had trouble getting back home. We highly recommend her for house- and dog-sitting.

Ella is wonderful! She was kind, loving, and attentive to both our dog and our family’s needs, which gave us great peace of mind while we were on vacation. She paid close attention to details, communicated with us daily, and sent photo updates (even when we had limited service), which was both reassuring and gave us something to look forward to when we missed our dog, Lea. Ella cared for our home responsibly and made everything easy and worry-free. We’d happily book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dependable sitter.

Aariah helped me out with a last minute trip I needed to take and I’m so thankful she was available. She was communicative, responsible and let my apartment spotless. She loved on Missy and took such amazing care of her while I was away. Do not hesitate booking with Aariah!

Ann went above and beyond caring for our cat Nico. She was incredibly flexible with our last minute schedule changes, kept our home spotless, and sent regular photo updates that gave us so much peace of mind. I highly recommend booking Ann. She is an outstanding Rover sitter and we will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the future

Amber Y. was an amazing pet sitter to my three dogs & cat. We booked her last minute for our trip during the holidays & she responded quickly to my request. She was great taking all the dogs for several walks a day & spent quality time with all the pets. She also sent updates & photos of them as well. We highly recommend Amber Y. & will use her again in our next travels.

WOW we can't possibly say enough positive things about Hanna without gushing, we truly feel SO lucky to have found her on Rover! Hanna took care of our cat, Jeffrey, at the last minute when our holiday plans fell through, and we couldn't have asked for a better solution. Hanna went above and beyond in every way, from taking care of our furry goofball to communicating with us and to taking care of our home (we're pretty sure our house was even cleaner than when we left it, which was such a gift when we returned). On top of all of this, Hanna is so kind, responsible, and just awesome in general--truly a fantastic human being. After several years using Rover, we are thrilled to have found someone who we won't hesitate to ask back every time. 10000% recommend booking with Hanna, you'll be so glad you did!!

Danielle was wonderful! She is responsive to our messages and sends fun daily photos of the dogs. She took great care of our home and our two dogs during our time away. You can tell when you meet her that she loves animals. One of our dogs tends to be quite shy, but both were very comfortable with her - right from the start!
