“Beth was terrific with my little girl! My dog is elderly, and she saw how concerned I was leaving her alone, so she was right on the ball and texted me how she was doing and even sent videos so I could see her. I definitely will ask her again to watch my dog when/if we ever take another little trip.”

“Kaelyn was amazing! She gave Benne a safe place to stay while we went away for the holidays. She and her family loved him like he was theirs, even their dog Leo loved Benne. She sent regular pictures and videos so we wouldn't miss him too much. We will definitely use her again!”

“Jessica did a wonderful job of taking care of our older dog Karli. She provides a nice comfortable home for our furry child. I plan to schedule more visits with her in the future.”

“Julie and David were wonderful! It was a great relief to know that my dog was in such good hands, and even that she had a great play partner in Darwin, their precious dog. I can't recommend them enough, and when I come back to Savannah, I will definitely be in touch with them. Thank you, Julie and David, for taking such good care of Violet!”

“Gabriela is awesome! We were in a pinch while on vacation and needed a place for our pup. She was available and was the perfect fit. There was plenty of room for our 50lb dog to run and play. Gabriela sent photos and texted us all week while Rex was there. I think he was more sad to leave her place than he was excited to be picked up! Communication and care were top notch. I highly recommend Gabriela!”

“Emily's care was perfect for our pooch over a long weekend. This was our first time boarding with Emily and we wouldn't hesitate for future trips. We received pictures every day and dropoff/pickup was easy. Really good overall experience.”

“Her and her family were amazing!! Leayn sent me a ton of photos and updates, and our dogs had a blast hanging out with her. She has a big fenced in yard, and the sweetest dog to help keep our pups entertained. She gave them baths the day we picked them up, and even made us puppy paw paintings for Valentine’s Day! Highly recommend her for well-rounded care!”

“Luna was so happy during her stay. I could tell by her demeanor when I picked her up that she was comfortable. I will definitely trust Luna with them again without a doubt.”

“Karen was fantastic! She took amazing care of our mini dachshund puppy while we vacationed at Hilton Head. She kept us updated with pictures and what was happening with our little Harley three times each day. She kept him well entertained. We would definitely use her again 😊.”

“Haley was a great sitter! She was able to accommodate our late minute booking and was flexible with our pick up and drop off. She is professional and took great care of our dog. We will be using her again!”

“We stopped our 2 dogs off during our vacation, and Autumn was wonderful with then! She kept us informed through photos and videos, and was available with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Autumn for anyone looking for pwt-sitting in the Beaufort area.”

“Alexandra took care of our lab Tillie while we explored Savannah and Hilton Head. Everything went so smoothly and Tillie had a wonderful time! We knew she was in good hands! Would most definitely recommend Alexandra!”

“Gerald was absolutely amazing! He kept us updated the entire time with messages and photos, so we always knew how our dog was doing and what he was up to. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear our pup was well cared for (and very spoiled!), and I think he might even be a little sad to be back home with us now. We are so grateful for Gerald and would highly recommend him to anyone!”

“Taylor and her family did an outstanding job taking care of my dog Bailey. I loved that she continuously sent me pictures of my dog at his very special moments. Taylor was also very flexible and accommodated Bailey’s special diet. I will definitely leave Bailey with Taylor next time I’m out of Town.”

“Frank was great! This was the first time we had our dog boarded and he was still relatively new to us from the pound so we were not 100% sure how he would do, but Frank took excellent care of him and our dog came back happy and tired! Frank made a point to text us with a little update every day and was sure to be on top of minor incidents that occurred so we were always up to date. We had a pretty strict regimen for our dog plus some medication that needed to be given and everything was done how we always do it! We will definitely be using Frank again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hilton Head Island
Karen is the BEST! Our King Charles Spaniel, Sophie, loves staying with her. We actually change our vacation dates so that Karen can keep her!! She's THAT GOOD!! Karen takes her for walks and bike rides, goes to the beach and plays with her. Sophie knows right where the bikes are and ran downstairs to show Karen it was time to go out and enjoy the beach. Sophie is very social and loved all the attention Karen gave her. She was brushed and Sophie's things were together and ready when we came to get her.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
