About: My twins and I love dogs! We give them plenty of attention and love. We like to take dogs on long walks or short(whatever they require). The dogs we watch must love children. Right now we only watch one dog at a time so they can get the attention they deserve. About: Hello! I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, rodents and the occasional bird, for over 35 years, mostly on a personal level, but some professional capacities as well. I have always lived with dogs and have worked in an animal shelter, been a vet technician, and volunteered for a time at a wildlife rescue. I’ve also cared for the pets of many family members, friends and co-workers. Throughout the years, I've considered my own dogs as family members and their care and happiness have always been a priority. I can relate to the stress and anxiety of trying to find someone I trust when I need to be away from my pups, so I know the importance of finding someone reliable that both you and your dog are comfortable with. When meeting and spending times with dogs, I put to use all I have learned over the years about dog behavior, interaction and training. I appreciate all different breeds and sizes and enjoy getting to know each individual dog as I spend time with them, building trust and friendship. I also have experience administering medication and care and am comfortable with special needs pups, be it medical or psychological (shy, fearful, previously abused, etc). Routines are usually important to dogs and I recognize the importance of following instructions regarding care and feeding. I also have the utmost respect for others homes and property. About: Have had dogs and cats my whole life. Truly love animals. I have a sweet German shepherd/husky right now. He is totally calm and I have multiple floors to separate if a pet isn’t comfortable around another dog. I have a big yard in the back where play fetch and have a good time. Would love to meet any new pet friends. I am fully available. Unless I’m on the golf course, I’m most likely playing with my dog at home. Nothing to get in the way of sitting, boarding or walking. In a clients home I will do what they prefer and normally do. At my place I believe any pets would be comfortable and happy. We get outside a lot and have good places to walk and a big yard as well. I have no problems letting them on furniture or anything like that.
